A/N: This is my birthday present to you guys, it was my 16th on the 9th and i got a Cabbage Patch Kid, which i named Caitlin!
"Like when you were tonguing that he/she a week ago? Lots of complex things under that surface." Kate cringed, as soon as those words came out of her mouth.
'Jeez Kate, why'd you have to be so mean?'
"I gotta go." Tony said, grabbing his bag and rushed out, nearly running over Gibbs.
"What's wrong with DiNozzo?" Gibbs asked, looking slightly concerned.
"He's conflicted." Kate replied, then sighed, "I'm going, see ya Monday, Gibbs."
She quickly grabbed her bag and jacket and quickly left the bullpen.
She quickly caught the elevator down to the parking lot, and got out, spotting Tony walking slowly to his car.
"Tony!" She yelled.
He slowed, but didn't stop.
"Wait, Tony!." Kate yelled again.
She quickly ran over to him.
"Whaddya want Kate?" He said, reaching his car.
"I want to apologize. I'm sorry Tony, I shouldn't keep bringing up the Voss thing."
"No you shouldn't, but then why do you?"
"I don't know. I guess because, I'm jealous."
"Jealous? Of what? 'Me tonguing a guy' as you put it?"
"No. Not exactly. I'm jealous of all the girls you chase. They all seem to be blonde and big breasted. The opposite of me." Kate barely said the last part.
Tony looked stunned,
"You like me? I thought you said we had a brother/sister relationship and that you wouldn't date me. And what about all the teasing?" He asked.
"I was lying, remember my last work relationship? How well that turned out. And 'you only pull the pigtails of the girl you like'."
"Huh?"
"'You only pull the pigtails of the girl you like'."
"I heard it but, huh? I'm not a girl and I don't have pigtails." Tony said confused.
'He's so cute when he's confused.' Kate thought.
"I know you're not, Tony. It's a saying, you only tease the person you like." Kate explained.
"Oh." Tony said, then he grinned.
Kate groaned, she knew that grin, it was the same one he got everytime he played a practical joke, or had a hot date the night before.
"What?"
"So you do like me, huh, Kate?"
"Tony!"
"What?" He asked innocently.
Kate rolled her eyes, "Tony."
"Yes?"
She grabbed him by the shirt, "Shut up."
Then she kissed him.
In the middle of the NCIS parking lot.
They broke apart .
Tony grinned and grabbed Kate's ponytail.
"Ow! Tony!" Kate yelled.
"What? You said, 'you only pull the pigtails of the girl you like'." He grinned.
Kate rolled her eyes and hit him.
