`Edward's POV
As we lay in bed, I looked over at my darling wife, Bella. The gentle curve of her shoulder leading down to her waist.
I remember what she wore on the first day I saw her. The silky, midnight blue blouse dress showing off her perfect curves that were almost unheard of in high school. Her black patent leather high heels making her milky, white legs go on for miles. At this thought, my hand travels up her bare, silky thigh.
She had walked in next to my sister and sat down right next to me. She smiled, said hey, and my only thoughts were, This is THE one.
Then she started up conversation about sports, wowing all of the guys at the table then she looked at me, then down to the staff paper I had in front of me and moved our conversation to music. That simple gesture took my breath away.
Next, my thoughts traveled to the times we spent apart through high school and college. They hurt so bad. As Bella told me on our way to our honeymoon, it was like she was dying, she couldn't live without me and now she won't have to.
We talked all the time about our futures. We both had steady jobs and now we were focusing on the two little babies that grew in Bella's womb. My hands automatically shifted to the slight bump of Bella's stomach, reveling in the fact that our children were growing safe and warm in there.
Bella's POV
Edward rolled his eyes when I moaned about how much my feet hurt, because he knew full well that I hadn't moved from this couch all day.
He comes to kiss me and I dart my tongue out tasting the sweetness that is his mouth. He backs up and I gasp for breath. I close my eyes and my thoughts drift back to work and I can feel the frown come on my face. Then, as Edward's fingers smooth out the frown lines, Edward's face pops into my mind and the smile reclaims my face.
"Can't live without you, Love." Edward whispers as he knows what my thoughts are about. My hands unconsciously drift down to my small baby bump. Edward's hands land on top of mine. "They can't live without you either." I smile at his sweet words.
