Allen woke suddenly in the middle of the night to his door creaking open loudly. It was only opened slightly. Allen frowned and sat up. Had an akuma got into the Head Quarters? No, an exorcist would have seen it. Plus, Allen's eye would have activated if it was. Allen leaned slightly to the side trying to see who it was.
"Who's there?" He asked. There was no answer. "Hello?" He asked again. "A-Allen?" A familiar voice called back quietly. Allen's eyes grew wide. "L-Lavi?" Lavi poked his head in. Allen blinked. Lavi was in his pajamas. Which tonight, were only sweat pants. His hair was freed from that headband he wears. Allen blushed. Lavi was definitely one of the few people who looks really cute with bed hair, Allen thought.
"Oh, Allen. Your… awake." Lavi said smiling sheepishly. Allen frowned. "The door woke me up. W-What are you doing here?" Allen was afraid to ask because every time he asked Lavi would somehow end up doing something to him. Not anything Allen didn't like, though.
Lavi stepped inside the room looking a little insecure. He silently shut the door behind him. He looked at the ground and rubbed his eye. "I had a nightmare." Allen tilted his head to the side, confused. "About what…?" He asked. Lavi looked at Allen. "I had a dream you died." He said. Allen saw him shudder slightly from across the room.
Allen smiled kindly. Lavi gazed at his wonderful smile. "It was just a dream… Lavi. I'm still alive and breathing." Allen said, trying to calm Lavi's nerves. Lavi nodded and smiled. Now Allen was the one gazing. Lavi didn't budge.
Allen gave Lavi another confused look. "You still scared Lavi?" Lavi looked the side. "It was a really bad nightmare. I couldn't save you." He said closing his eyes. Allen laughed a little to himself. Maybe he should… no he shouldn't. Lavi would have asked… but Allen wanted so badly for-… Allen sighed. "Lavi." He said softly. Lavi looked up.
Allen motioned Lavi to come over to him. Lavi frowned confused. "Your still scared aren't you?" Allen said smiling as he laid down. Lavi hesitated then nodded and shuffled forward. He pulled back some blankets and laid next to Allen. Allen cuddled close to Lavi's chest and closed his eyes. He was definitely in pure bliss.
Lavi sighed and wrapped his arms around Allen; pulling him close as humanly possible. Allen slipped his arms under Lavi's and gently put his hands on Lavi's shoulders. Lavi put his hand on Allen's back and buried his face in Allen's hair. Allen sighed happily. "Good night Allen-kun." Lavi whispered.
With that, they both drifted off.
