The challenge word this week is grapple (grappling here) and for some reason, I've gone a little Japanese. An Oni is a traditional Japanese horned daemon and a Kaginawa an ancient iron grappling hook.

They had successfully taken down the vicious Oni, hooking and holding it at a safe distance using the ancient Japanese iron kaginawas that Bobby had provided.
Unfortunately, as Sam had completed the binding ritual, and the mythical deamon had evaporated, the tension on Dean's rope had caused his grappling hook to recoil, propelling it violently towards him, the savage flukes tearing into the flesh of his thigh.
Sam was at his brother's side before the echo's of Dean's scream had died away. The younger man's breathless panic pulsing in time with the gouting blood from his fallen brother's torn flesh.
