I do not own warriors. I own Evilpaw, and partaily Star, because the inspiration for her came from the warrior field guide. The Evilpaw in this story has nothing to do with the Evilpaw in my forums at this current time.

oOoOoOoOo Prologue
An old brown tom looked down at the three kits before him. "Tell us the story!" they pleaded. The tom sighed. "This story is from long ago . . ." the kits cheered, and became silent as the tom continued.
"A long time ago, there were no clans, only small groups of cats. Thier territories overlapped, and they fought constantly, for fear of starvation.
On one full moon, they gathered at Four-trees. They argued over prey and territory, and soon fighting began. They fought till they could no more, and they slept
where they stood. When they woke up, the fallen surrounded them, without wounds and lit by the stars in thier fur. One of the fallen, a tabby named Star,
stood on the great rock and shouted to the cats below, "You are all as foolish as ducks! Can't you think of beyond yourselfs for a moment? Think of your kits!"
Another one of the fallen, a white tom, stepped forward. "You must
create clans, and unite, or die." Four cats stepped forward and claimed that they had the right to become the leaders. They were the founders of the four clans,
Thunder, River, Shadow, and Wind. With the help of the fallen cats, they developed the warrior code, and settled into territories fit for each clan.
The fallen cats chose to be called Starclan, after the tabby who started it all, the clans, the code, and the peace. Along with several other of the founders,
Star ruled Starclan with wisdom and kindness. But as the clans florished, she dreamed to be among them, to live again.
A few months after the clans were established, a kit named Starkit was born in Windclan. Her mother claimed the name just came to her, but it didn't matter. Instinctively,
all the cats in the clan felt that she was special, and treated her with care. But around the same time, a black kit was born into Shadowclan, named Darkkit . . . ."
