S: Please observe this moment of silence to honor those lost in the plane crash nine years ago.

If you skipped the moment of silence, I have nothing to say to you.
I do not own Hetalia Axis Powers.
America was strong. He was one of the most powerful, and most everybody knew it. He had the CIA, the NSA, and even more besides. Alfred was proud of his country, and he believed that nothing would be able to bring him down.
But nobody knew how little it would take to shatter him like thin glass. The Twin Towers...like the ancient city of Jericho, America became weak as his symbolic walls fell down. With one act of terrorism, he turned from strong to scared. From a hero to a hiding snail. Wary, he became secluded from the other nations, unsure if and when another would attack once more.
It's been nine years since that fated day, and things have become better amongst America and the nations.
But they will never go back to how they were. Forever, Amerca will remember the horror that befell him on that day. Forever, he will keep in mind how much his citizens suffered, and how much he suffered with them.
Forever, he will remember September Eleventh.
S: A quick drabble about 9/11. Nothing here is funny, nothing to be taken lightly. I'm sorry if this is too serious for some, but I have horrible, painful memories of that day, and wish to keep it honorable, not laughable.
