A quick Draco/Harry drabble, which doesnt really count, because it is over 100 words; but I'm calling it a drabble anyway.
"Draco." The cold voice of Narcissa Black cut through the darkness.
Draco regarded his mother with an equally cold glare, standing in front of the raven-haired Gryffindor protectively, gripping his trembling hand in his slender fingers.
"Come with me."
The Slytherin followed his mother down the gravel path with confidence, head held high, holding Harry close to him.
"I won't let anything happen to you." Draco whispered soothingly. Harry knew that. He trusted Draco with the entire of his being.
The couple were led into a long, narrow room; at the head of which a dark figure stood, his red, snake-like eyes burning from beneath the hood of his cloak.
"Well done, Draco." A hiss issued from beneath the hood.
Confusion was replaced with comfort as the Slytherin's fingers gripped Harry's hand tighter.
Instantly, Draco dropped his hand and left Harry's side to join his mother and father across the room.
The last thing Harry witnessed was a sly grin contort Draco's face and his heart tearing in two as he was obscured by green light.
