Isabella woke up from yesterday's dream, and the note she received from school about a field trip yesterday. "Mom! The flyer said those who can breathe underwater are spending their science class studying fish by swimming with them at the Danville Zoo. Of course, Phineas is coming as well." She had already changed into her purple two-piece swimsuit, which holds a special memory for her. Isabella's 10th birthday was the first time Isabella wore that two-piece swimsuit, as Phineas began having a crush on her. It was also the day Isabella saw her love interest shirtless. She couldn't help but remember that day as she had her breakfast.
As she walked across the street, Isabella saw Phineas shirtless, wearing his usual orange swimsuit. Ferb is wearing his usual clothes. A few minutes later, the school bus arrived. Phineas, Ferb and Isabella got onto the bus. Phineas and Isabella had decided to sit in the front row by themselves. "Oh, Phineas! This is going to be amazing! Why can't Ferb come with us as a spectator?"
"Only those born on a Thursday have the ability to breathe underwater. Prior to turning 10 years old, this ability only works on Wednesdays. After that, you can stay underwater as long as you want." Phineas replied, as the bus left for picking up other students. About 5 minutes later, Buford and Milly got on the bus. While they have the ability to breathe underwater, both prefer more modest swimwear than Phineas or Isabella. Baljeet, Ginger and Gretchen also got on the school bus. The ride was faster than usual, and before they knew it they were at Danville Middle School, which is located on the same campus as Danville High School and Danville Elementary School.
As every student got seated in the school auditorium, the principal prepared to make a speech. By his side is the school's main science teacher, who began speaking. "If you were born on a Thursday, and thus can breathe underwater, raise your hand! We are spending the day at the Danville Zoo. Everyone else, go to your classrooms." Isabella and Phineas knew they were going to have a lot more fun than most of their friends. All the other middle school students that could breathe underwater got into 1 bus per grade. The Danville Zoo is about 15 minutes away from the Danville Public School Campus, and the ride was over before any bus stopped at a red light.
"Are we going to be here all day?" Phineas shouted as the students walked into the area with a giant aquarium, 40 feet deep, with aquatic life from all over Earth inside.
"Yes. Yes we are" The teacher replied, as she got ready to jump into the aquarium.
"You and Isabella will be the first to dive in." the teacher replied. Immediately, Phineas grabbed Isabella's hand as they dived into the aquarium. The feeling of being underwater with ocean life all around them had felt much better than spending hours underneath Isabella's backyard swimming pool.
"This is the best school day ever!" Isabella shouted.
"You're correct." Phineas replied.
