"Hello, everyone!" says Aang, "Since non-stories are not allowed to be posted on this site, this is our little loop-hole! So anyway. Here's the contest/challenge:
Pick two numbers out of 30, an even and an odd. Each number represents a character. Your even number is the protagonist. Your odd number is the antagonist. Your job: write a story using your assigned protagonist and antagonist, giving details as to why AT LEAST your antagonist (optionally protagonist as well) is the way he/she is. What's your bad guy's motivation? How does the good guy stop them (if the good guy wins at all - it's your story)? Keep it AT MOST a three-shot. Anything above that WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
The deadline for the competition? That would be no later than Sunday, June 7th.
This is going to be a competition and challenge. IF YOU CHOOSE TO ENTER THE COMPETITION, YOU MUST SPECIFY IN YOUR REVIEW TO THIS STORY AND SUBMIT BY NO LATER THAN THE ABOVE DATE. This story will stay up as a challenge, and feel free to write for it at any time.
Alright, so what are the rewards?
First place: A one-shot written by me - er, I mean - Twinkletoes626 (because I'm totally Aang), for whatever prompt you choose (even if it's...bleh...Zutara. Twinkletoes626 is open-minded and will write it for you), as well as five reviews for any of your stories that you choose.
Second place: Three reviews for any of your stories that you choose.
Third place (if that many people even enter): One review for any of your stories that you choose.
This DOES NOT mean that you can choose five stories and Twinkletoes626 has to give each five reviews. This means that YOU GET FIVE REVIEWS IF YOU WIN FIRST PLACE, AND YOU CAN CHOOSE WHICH STORIES (OR CHAPTERS OF STORIES) GET THOSE REVIEWS, and so on and so forth for second and third.
You can make it ANY GENRE you want, as long as it's NOT LEMON, OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. DON'T BE MEAN; KEEP IT CLEAN. Basically, you can go from a silly parody to something serious and angst-filled. YOUR HIGHEST RATING IS T, and your MINIMUM WORD COUNT IS 300 WORDS, NOT COUNTING AUTHOR'S NOTE. There is no maximum.
HOW TO ENTER:
Review this story and give your two selected numbers. Twinkletoes626 will send you a PM with your assigned protagonist and antagonist. Then, once you've completed your story, be sure to review again as a guest (but GIVE YOUR USERNAME so Twinkletoes626 can make sure it's you) with the title of your story, your assigned good and bad guy, and a link to your story.
