Agent Don Eppes is torn. As an FBI agent he knows that what his brother did was wrong and he should be against it whole-heartedly. However, as a person and a brother, he really couldn't be prouder of Charlie. His dad said that he and Charlie both have strong principles but that they can't both always be right. The truth is that deep down he believes that Charlie is right on this one. And as much as Charlie may not believe it, it really does hurt him that he's not allowed to admit that to his brother. The cold hard truth is that as an agent Don has to believe in what is right by the law and according to the law, what Charlie did was wrong. So how does an agent figure out where to draw the line with his family? Will any of them ever figure it out?
