Code Lyoko: rise of an empire

I OWN AND REGRET NOTHING!

Jeremy smiled as he scavenged more parts. This factory was a treasure trove! He'd probably have to make a second trip at this rate!

He then heard a familiar cough behind him. "Brother, although I like to encourage your zeal for science and exploration...Need I remind you that if were caught after Curfew Monsieur Jim shall have us in Detention, Post haste!" Said Jeremy's older brother Napoleon. "One more quick thing, and then we'll leave. I promise!" Swore Jeremy as he turned back to the elevator.

He still didn't know what to make of his change of fortunes...And reality. One moment he was dying on Elba...the next he was a babe being delivered from his "Mothers" Womb.

The whole event had been...disturbing...But long-term a godsend. Not only did he gain legal entrance back into his country; but the "educating the inexperienced child" was the perfect excuse to adjust to this new world of the future.

He'd be lying if he didn't have dreams and ambitions to restore France back to it's former glory...But as it stood the best he could hope for was wait to be old enough to gain a job in politics...He'd do it if he had to, he was patient...Still, his youthful body and mind rebelled against that; it wanted action!

Come now Napoleon, be reasonable. He chastised himself. The keys to world domination aren't going to just fall into your lap! At that moment Jeremy got the elevator working. And the two brothers went down into the bowels of the factory...and their destiny...

This "rise of an empire" challenge was Inspired by Madhat886. A favorite author of mine! I don't care for how he portrays my faith, but I still recommend him!

AN: I know it says "in-progress" but really I just don't like boxing myself into a corner. For now this is more of a one-shot that I might continue one day...but probably won't.

But, hey. Feel free to use whatever elements you want from this, if you want! Or maybe give me ideas?
