A girl named Alice, headstrong and bold,
A girl named Alice, headstrong and bold,
Is found in a story that's quite often told.
Her curiosity brought her much trouble,
(She might be much safer if she lived in a bubble)
The knowledge she had was a little elusive,
So the questions she asked were not always lucid.
There are many things she cannot understand,
When in a wondrous land.
The logic of the man with the mercury hat
Is a bit like those compared to a bat.
And it doesn't seem like she's very keen,
When playing croquet with the Queen.
She is naïve in many a way,
Especially as she plays croquet.
She may be curious as a cat,
Bus she is kindhearted; she's good at that.
Possessing an active imagination is useful,
In a realm that is so dreamful.
But, despite being in a land that is not quite right,
Our heroine, Alice, is always polite.
