The so-called Devouring Apocalypse stopped... But, it took the lives of two men.
As usual, people in the Ghetto chatted about the latest news feed. It's like anybody from Fenrir informed them anything. They just hear things.
And those two poor people are... the Director of the Far East Branch: Johannes von Shicksal and Yuu Kannagi.
Eh? Not that kid! He was willing to save us... but still...
A certain girl passed through the murmuring crowd and headed for her home. She put down her bag and took something out from her pockets, a little treat that her little sibling, a piece of candy. Her sister- Haru, giggled and took the treat happily.
"Thank you, sissy!"
Her elder sister- Miyuki, grinned and stroked her sister's hair. Then they heard a loud yawn.
"Morning already? Yuki, you shouldn't wake up so early." he said, rubbing his eyes. "I must be doing the work. It's what Dad said, right."
Miyuki giggled, and brushed hair silver hair out of her gold eyes. "Well, breakfast's ready. Let's go, Haru, Brother."
She guided her siblings to their kitchen, and ate breakfast.
After they finished, Hiro turned on their television and watched the news; Fenrir being in chaos because of Johannes's loss, and people grieved because of Kannagi's death.
Because of the earlier First Unit Leader's death, Fenrir are now searching for another New-Type candidate. Because of their ability to resonate and switch from blade to gun, authorities say that Fenrir are now starting to find the new match for a New-Type God Eater.
"Wow, things sure are pretty hectic. That guy is probably really important, they're in a rush to find a replacement." Miyuki's brother commented.
Still, Fenrir Far East tries to find a new candidate while keeping Aragami at bay. Because of the loss of two important men and the increasing threat of new Aragami species, authorities decided to find the New-Type candidate today. the reporter continued.
"Today?!" Miyuki and Hiro exclaimed simultaneously. Miyuki prayed and hoped that it's not her... it should never be her.
And that's when trouble knocked on her door. It is not her that the Fenrir officials has been looking for.
