Danny woke up on a Saturday morning. He opened his eyes and glanced around his room. His room was filled with astronaut thing of all shaped and sizes. He'd always wanted to be an astronaut. Danny wanted to be able to fly around without gravity. He wanted to go to the Moon and see the American flag that stood there.

Danny then realized what day it was. It was Christmas! He'd totally forgotten. Last night he had been out battling Skulker all night. He'd come back to bed around 2 a.m. Danny had fallen asleep as soon has his head touched the pillow.

Danny quickly got dressed into his blue jeans and his white t-shirt. He added a Santa hat just for the holiday. He raced downstairs and saw the big Christmas tree his family had bought a week earlier. Jazz, Jack Fenton, and Maddie Fenton stood around the Christmas tree, waiting for him. They all grinned when they saw him.

"Merry Christmas Danny!" they shouted. Danny smiled and headed over to them.

They all attacked their presents. His mom had gotten several books about ghost hunting and a framed picture of the family. His Dad had received fudge. Lots and lots of fudge. He also got a new ghost weapon. Jazz had gotten several books about being a brain surgeon. Her biggest present had been a new car! She had passed her Driver's test a couple months ago.

She had squealed and started acting like a little kid when she saw the car. Jazz rushed over to her parents and gave them a huge hug. Now it was time for his presents.

Danny opened several boxes. The first one was from Tucker. Inside was a mug that said 'Clueless.' He'd blinked when he saw it. Then Danny spotted Sam's gift. Hers was wrapped with black wrapping paper that had several skulls on it. He tore it open and inside was a shiny goth key chain. Then he saw a big box. It started to move.

Danny reached for it and wondered what was inside. He picked up the big ready box. He opened it expecting some big ghost weapon that would smash him.

Inside the box was a ... Golden retriever puppy. Danny's eyes widened and he picked up the puppy. He'd always wanted a dog. When he was five he'd ask his parents for one, but they said no.

His family smiled at him. Danny smiled back and hugged his puppy.

He decided to name her Sam.

Merry Christmas Danny.
