Prologue:

"His blood is not to be used in vain." Kari whispered to her companion, looking over the unconscious body lying in front of her.

A storm roared outside. Getting the girl inside hadn't been easy, but it would soon pay off. Kari smiled at the thought of what they could do.

"No it will not." Yoko agreed, grinning, "Just a drop."

A drop of blood went into the mouth of the girl. She moaned quietly, but did not wake up. A flash of lightning split the sky. It was their signal. The single He had given them to make sure they were finished with the blood. Despite the fire she had lit on the ground, Kari shivered. The truth about what they were doing gave her goosebumps, but she ignored them.

"Excellent," Said Kari, quietly, looking outside at the rain and wind tearing at the trees, "and you're sure she will bare the next avatar?"

"I am sure."

"Then," Kari said with a small smile, she forced her gaze away from the doorway, where drops of rain were continuously falling into the room, wetting the floor, "Let's just sit back, and watch out plan unfold."
