The Defination of Awesome

A/N: 'kay, I know this is not really my forte, but i'm going on a trip when the School closes for the Puja Break, and I won't be able to post anything for a long time, which kinda disappoints me, so I'm posting this. I wrote this at 1 a.m. Yesterday, under ten minutes under the sheets with the light of my cell(since I was supposed to be asllep.) did I mention that my flashlight was confiscated by Mom the last week 'cos of something similar? Anyhow, you don't care, so let's cut my crap.

The Definition of Awesome

I hope that when you kiss me my lips are still warm –

Because – and we both know it- you'll be kisssing a corpse

I've barricaded myself into my room but as your metal pipe beats

Its steady rhythm against my door

I somehow know there's no escape

Crash! Sounds of splintering wood –

The sound of metal against tiles of my room –

My heart skips a beat – but you are walking away

Metal being dragged on the carpeted floor –

Heavy footsteps –

"Go on" I whisper

diesappearing down the Hallway

I heave a sigh

As relief floods my Brain

I am safe for now

But unless aid comes

"West, hurry up."

My head buried in my knees

I hope he is not suffering my fate

Will he beat me?

I do not care –

I have grown accustomed to the Pain

Learnt to welcome it, even

If it sends my thoughts to darkness,

I will thank you for it.

Being in pain is awesome too –

Just like losing battles, being broken, and dissolved

is

They are awesome

Since they are all things that happened to Ore-sama,

huh?

And being lonely is just too awesome

for words

I cannot describe the feeling

"Don't come back." I pray to the Devil – you –

What is AWESOME?

Its a word that denotes

The distance between me and Insanity.
