Author's Note: This is a song a parody of the song "Lola" by "The Kinks." This songfic is inspired by the song entitled "Yoda" by "Weird Al" Yankovic which, incidentally, is a parody of the song "Lola" also. If you're not familiar with "Lola," then singing this song in the tone of "Yoda" should still work.

I met her in a town on the island of Kauai

Where you can feel as free as a bird flying solo.

S-O-L-O. Solo.

I saw the little girl sitting there on a beach.

I asked her her name and in a cute little voice, she said "Lilo."

L-I-L-O Lilo. Li-Li-Li-Li Lilo.

Well when I met her I met her friend too.

A guy who looks like a koala but he's four armed and blue.

Oh my Lilo. Li-Li-Li-Li Lilo.

Well I'm not dumb but I can't understand

How her blue friend can lift me with only one hand.

Oh my Lilo. Li-Li-Li-Li Lilo. Li-Li-Li-Li Lilo.

Well the pods began to rain from the sky.

And seeing those pods, I began to cry.

But Lilo was there for me all along.

She said "We'll find the one place where they belong."

Well I'm not the type who would argue with her

So it looks like I'm going to capture experiments with my Lilo.

So I searched for pods

I got punched by Kixx

Then burned by Yang

And finally zapped by Sparky

But I won't forget what Lilo said

She said, "Ohana is the best thing you can find

And remember that no one gets left behind."

"Gantu is after the experiments," she said,

"So we got to keep them safe from the big stinky head."

Well, I left for a sandwich late last night

Visiting 6-2-5 for a bite

But I wont leave my Lilo for very long.

Lilo and Stitch is my Ohana, the one place I belong.

The long-term contract that I had to sign.

Says, "I'll be on this show till the end of time

With my Lilo."
