Hey guys! What's going on everyone? It's been a long time since I've seen you guys. I can't believe it's been about a year since I last saw you. Well...I got a new story for you guys, and it's something quite different from what I'm used to.
Seeing as how I've made more than enough stories involving a galaxy far far away, I figured I try something new and decided to try something involving Disney. Honestly this is something I'm excited for because growing up, I watched all the Disney classics and my three favorites were Jungle Book, Lion King and Tarzan. So to make a crossover that has been rarely touched (Tarzan/Lion King) I feel like I can give a fresh new story that blends these two great movies, but also pay homage to them as well.
Now before we go any further, this story was ORIGINALLY uploaded by my friend on DeviantArt who goes by the name, TightlyWrappedCoils. However, he abandoned the story years ago, and with his permission, he has allowed me to bring it back up on its feet on this website.
I should also let you know that right now I am currently working on the story right now, and originally I was going to upload this in the new year, but since I am very excited about this, and it's the holidays, I figured I upload the prologue first, and then once we enter 2019, I'll release future chapters.
So before we begin, I have to mention all rights go to Disney. Okay, without further adieu, let's begin our journey...
Prologue
Our story begins out off in the dark waters of the South African coast. A family of three struggle to stay alive as their ship begins to sink in the middle of the night. The ship is set a blaze as it slowly begins to sink toward the bottom of the ocean.
A husband manages to get his wife and baby son onto a row boat along the side of the ship, while it is still burning into the night. The wife watches as her husband lowers her and her son toward the water safely so that they may escape the blaze, while watching pieces of the burning ship fall onto the deck.
She hears the rumbling roar of thunder, while also seeing flashes of lighting dance violently throughout the night sky. But as her husband gently lowers her and her son down, the rope lowering her down suddenly breaks and sends her and the baby boy falling onto the ocean very quickly. She looks up unto the ship and looks to see if her husband is still alive.
In the blink of an eye, she watches her lover jump off the side of the ship before diving into the water. He then quickly swims toward the rowboat and climbs into it before kissing his wife and holding his son close to his heart as he and his wife watch their ship sink toward the dark ocean.
However, as they were relieved to see that their entire family managed to survive, a flash of lightning dances through out the sky before the family see the shore of the African coast in their sight.

A simple life, they live in peace
As the storm rages on throughout the night, a pride of lions can be seen sleeping in their den. Two of which were highly noticeable where the male lion had a large red mane and gold fur as it showed that he was the leader of this pride. The other lion lying next to him was a female lion who had her newborn cub under her arm.
It had been only a few days since the lions had been blessed with a healthy cub that would become the heir to the throne of their African kingdom. With the prince lying in his warm mother's arms, the male lion looks outside of their den while seeing lightning bolts fire across the sky.
His mate, the Queen of the pride, looks outside to and feels a strange force telling her that her life was going to be changed forever.
Softly tread the sand below your feet now

To guide these lives we see
After the storm finally ended in the middle of the night, the two humans walk across the shores of the beach while hey search for shelter that would protect them and their baby.
The two of them walk across the white sandy beach while the mother holds her son close to her heart. His father also looks down on him as he gently plays with his hair and looks deep into the African jungle and knows that somewhere in the dense jungle, there is a place for his family to call home.
As they walked through the jungle for hours, the baby boy suddenly smiles and giggles before he points to a large tree. His father smiles and soon realizes that the large tree would soon be their home.
After slowly making their way toward the tree. The human family reaches it and the husband and wife are stunned to see the majestic view their new home had.
Out in the vast distance, they see the dense jungle slowly open up as it soon shows the measureless African savanna. And in the far distance, the husband sees an oddly rock shaped formation breaking the emptiness of the grasslands.
Beneath the shelter of the trees
Only love can enter here
A simple life, they live in peace
While the humans were settling in their new home, the king of the savanna smiles happily as he watches his son play with a mouse across the den while his mother giggled.
However while he watched his wife son bond with one another, the king knew that he had to attend to his kingdom to reassure that the animals and the Pridelands were safe from outside invaders.
But as he walked outside his den he sees his younger brother, whose fur was red and his mane was black, he noticed that he had look of disgust and anger in him. The king knew the main reason why his brother was upset.
After the young prince was born, the King's younger brother realized that he was no longer in line to his father's throne. He knew that as long his older brother had an heir to the throne, he could never become King.
As he watches his brother scorn in the corner of their Priderock, the king leaves his brother before he runs into the Pridelands to protect it from those who might threaten it.
Raise your head up
Lift high the load
Take strength from those that need you
Build high the walls
Build strong the beams
A new life is waiting
But danger's no stranger here
After finding their new home, the husband and wife gather all the wood, window, and furniture from their sunken ship and work together to build their new home. After hours of work they watched as their home was slowly coming together.
They began to layout the wooden floor onto their tree while they also started to set up their walls. In a few short hours their treehouse had finally had a floor, four walls, and roof over their heads while also having a patio that would overlook the jungle and the savanna.
This would always give the family a nice view of the horizon to watch the sun rise and set each day. However their new home would also attract predators as they would soon discover as night would begin to fall.
With their new home built, the family slept silently and were unaware that large predators were lurking in the shadows.
As night fell, the husband and wife were having trouble sleeping as they kept constantly hearing evil laughter coming from the shadows of the dark jungle. The husband goes outside to see where the noise was coming from while his wife slowly gets out of bed to see what was troubling him.
With their infant boy sound asleep, the two of them look into the dark jungle to see what creature was making the noise that was frightening them both. It isn't long until they soon begin to see three pairs of eyes glowing into the night while watching their silhouettes bounce and move quickly through the jungle as they laughed. The two lovers soon realized that they were in the midst of hyenas.
However after realizing that there was a pack of hyenas at their doorstep, the two of them knew that these animals could not climb up their treehouse to harm their baby boy. But they were unaware to that a fourth creature was also watching them, a creature that had a scar going down it's glowing left eye. Unaware of what was right behind them, the husband and wife were caught off guard.
In one fell swoop, the large creature pounces on the two of them before sending them both falling down onto the jungle floor, far from the safety of their treehouse, farr from their sleeping baby boy. With both of them on the ground, the husband and wife watch the four shadows circle around them. They are in shock as they looked into the glowing yellow eyes and sharp teeth of the four hungry predators that circled them both. The last thing they saw was a set of large teeth before their lives were taken by the hungry predators of the Pridelands.

After that faithful night, a red sun slowly rises over the savanna as a new day had come.
As the sun began to reach their home at Priderock, the Queen of the lions walks out of the den to do her morning stretches. After being cooped up in the den for days, the mother lion feels the need to begin her day with a hunt in order to keep her newborn son fed. She looks across the savanna and smiles as she is ready to start her morning hunt.
The female lion soon runs off into the Pridelands before she quickly discovers a herd of zebra in her sight. She crouches beneath the long grass and crawls toward her prey as she stalks it with caution. But before she could pounce onto one of them, the Zebra are startled by something and quickly see the lioness coming toward them. In the blink of an eye, they all soon scatter before the lioness could claim one of their own.
Upset that she could not have caught at least one of them, she is also curious as to what could have alerted the zebra about her presence. She looks toward the jungle and sees a small light flash constantly.
She narrows her vision and slowly sees that light is coming from a large tree that is over looking her Prideland. Curiosity soon takes over, and the lioness soon runs toward the large tree to see what was causing it to flash a small light at her.
She runs through the dense jungle and after only a few short minutes of running toward the light she comes to a stop and sees a large oddly shaped structure built into the tree. She soon sees a small mirror dangling on a thread outside of the tree with the sunlight bouncing on it, causing it to flash.
She looks beside the tree and sees a small amount of blood along the side of the trunk before noticing two strange creatures lying dead next to each other. However their bodies are unrecognizable for most of their bodies were torn apart and eaten by some predators.
But as she is ready to turn away from the tree, she suddenly hears crying from the tree and soon realizes that there is something still alive in the tree. Little did she know that her life was about to change.
Tarzan: Two Worlds, One Family
Well guys that's gonna do it for this chapter! So what did you guys think? I should let you know, that the length in these chapters are gonna be a bit short compared to what I used to write for my star wars stories, but that was because those stories required more in depth lore since they were set in a lore heavy universe. But here, we can just have fun and don't have to worry about lore or in depth back story since we already know the characters so well.
