As time reversed, he held her hands. The feeling of being close to him again felt so good. The year had been very long and hard. Although she knew now what she had to do, she would stay here and maybe never see him again. In his eyes, she thought she saw a glimmer of affection that before this terrible time would not have been there. Then again maybe it was just relief on his part that the entire nightmare was over he could now get back to what he did best travelling in time and space and saving worlds.
