This is based off of a guy I know with this middle name. It is sort of AU and in no way am I saying these are the official middle names. In fact official middle names might be released and I might be completely wrong. I do not care.
It was an awkward day. No one could tell you exactly how it happened that the guys all decided to talk about their middle names. It had just happened. They were all sitting around and it just happened. Leo, Nico, Jason, Frank and Percy just chilling out when the discussion somehow turned to middle names. Percy confessed first.
"My middle name is Claire." He said, looking embarrassed.
"Wait What?!" The other four said, all surprised. Leo fell of the bench. He was laughing his butt off. The others weren't laughing.
"Its impossible that your middle name is Claire because... My middle name is Claire too." Jason admitted. Leo cracked up again, finding the situation hilarious. Nico and Frank's mouths were hanging open.
"Guys... My middle name is Claire too." Frank confided, his face bright red. Nico's face contrasted brilliantly with Frank's, pale white compared to Frank's bright tomato red. Leo continued to guffaw, writhing on the floor in laughter. Nico glared at Leo.
"Shut up Valdez its not that embarrassing. My middle name is Claire too. So what?"Leo just broke down. He was officially finding this the most interesting conversation they'd had together since Jason and Percy debated whether or not glasses made Jason look stupid. Pretty much everyone had voted not. Apparently everyone loved Jason. Leo didn't find this hard to believe, since his best friend had always struck him as perfect.
"You all have girls middle names! Its so.. Its so funny! Wait till everyone else hears!" He gasped out.
"You are NOT telling anyone else!" Four voices shouted at once.
"Fine if you find it so funny whats your middle name?" Frank challenged hoping to dig up some ammo against him.
"MY middle name is normal. Its Sammy. Leo Sammy Valdez." He said with a smirk. Frank deflated.
"Don't get to cocky, there are four of us and one of you, and the one of you is way scrawny." Leo smirked.
"There are only three of you."
"For a genius engineer, you can't count. Frank Jason Nico and I."
"I'm not scared of Frank. Fire is his weakness." Frank shrank back realizing Leo's point.
"So? Three to one."
"Nico is as scrawny as I am."
"But Nico can raise the dead. You're toast if you every think of telling anyone."
"Telling anyone what?" Annabeth asked from the door, flanked by Piper and Hazel.
"Percy Frank Jason and Nico's middle names are Claire!" Leo piped up before running for his life.
He spent the next week in the infirmary.
He felt that it was worth it.
