I'll Always Find My Way Back to You

Rachel and Finn had been together ever since the end of Junior year. They look back at high school as a hopeless place where they had found each other through the unmistakable tether that, with an almost magnet-like force, pulled them together. Sure Senior year was full of ups and downs, but they always found a way back to each other. They love that they shared was unshakable, not even the seduction of Quinn, Santana, or even Jesse broke them apart. They were together forever and nothing was going to keep them apart. At least, that's what Finn told Rachel the night of graduation when she was crying over how he was gonna break up with her now because he was going off to college and so on. and through all of her tears made the promise that "You're it for me. No matter who or what comes between us. We'll always be together". And no one can forget when Finn's football scholarship wasn't enough to cover tuition at OSU which left him with three options, take the money from Rachel and her Fathers (her fathers choice), not go to school freshman year and work to save up the money for college (his mom's and Burt's choice , or c) move with Rachel to New York and find a job there (Rachel's choice). Rachel's fathers, however, quickly shot down that option because "we care about you deeply son, but we have to put Rachel first. Would she be able to focus with you living with her?". And although Finn did agree, he couldn't help but feel lost, abandoned almost. That night before Rachel went to college they were hiding out at the park across from the elementary school and while Rachel was sobbing about how she couldn't bear to be apart from him he took her face between his hands and wiped her tears saying "You're the one for me. Nobody else could ever compare to you. I love you Rach, I'll be yours forever." It seemed as if nothing could break them apart.
