A perfect posture bestowed upon herself,

Chocolate innocence meeting crystal waters,
Time seeming to freeze for both,
She wanted to throw herself into his arms,

Alas, roles were to be played,
Like their goddamed shows that brought them together,
Raw emotions were not to be the cause of rash actions,
He gave a slight smile, perfect alabaster teeth shown,
She gave one of her own, a usual, but welcomed sight nonetheless,
Aquarmarine probed glittering, disguised brown,
Something was wrong,
He wanted to take her in his arms,

Alas, acting to be done,
Perfectly sychorized with much practice,
Emotions not to be shown,
Feuds were still to be upheld,
Egos not to be ruined,
Ivory hands met smooth, iridescent skin upon her face,
Running along the flawless surface,
Her hand landed upon his, virtuous skin soft to the touch,
Pearl skin upon both faces flushed and both looked down,
Later, he said hastily, only now catching himself in the forbidden act of tenderness,
Adrenaline only spiking the fear in his system,
He took his hand away from her pearl face,
Him disappearing almost as fast as her,
Her with glass droplets glistening in her eyes,
Hanging on by a thread, one, unforgotten, simple word,
