ok guys this is my first xena fanfic so please tell me how it goes i hope you enjoy
screams are heard everywhere i lost gabrielle in the malay the earth is still shuddering i know that means the pompeii people are going to loose everything but not from this stupid civil war we got into shes always the good helping people before herself but these people are useless so caught up in their war their not even going to know until the lava hits them full on i look around and see a flash of golden hair
"GABRIELLLLLLEEEEEE" i scream i see her back straighten letting me know that she heard me she busy taking down three soldiers a sword strokew hits my upper arm and i turn back to see im surrounded again as a bigger man runs toward me i duck sending him flying into the guys behind me thats when i hear a bloodcurdling scream i turn to see gabrielle fall from a swordstroke to the stomach i scream killing everything in an attempt to get to her i finally get to where shes sprawled and im fighting for my life and now hers as the ground violently shakes again bucking me to my knees and sending men and women to the ground i look up to see smoke coming from the top of the mountain and start to panic a guys pushes me from behind and swilr my sword bringing it in close to my body letting it slide easily into his belly he drops i hear gabreille moan
"come on gabrielle we have to get you outa here its about to blow" i grab her arm but she doesnt move
"i cant" she pants out through clenched teeth i see a river of lava coming our way and my panic is kicked up "please gabrielle we have to get outa here"\
"xena just go please" shes breathing hard "listen there still so much more you can do please let me go and get outa here"
"you must be losing blood " i look at her in shock" im not any good without you when will you realise that its either we go together or we stay but either way im going to be right there with you" she looked at me in pain tears in her eyes and i pick her up this time rubble is now raioning down on us a big rock i dident see knocks me to the ground sending gabrielle sprawling i crawl to her
"xena im sorry i cant do this please go" i look at her then the lava rushing to us even closer and i do the best thing in the world i crawl halfway on top of her she looks at me with confusion
"what are you doing
"shhh this will be over quick" i say and lightly kiss her as the lava consumes our bodies
