It's not what they think it is.
Abby doesn't hate Ziva because she's trying to replace Kate, although that's what she told Tony over coffee last week.
It's not because she built profiles on them and learnt everything about them even though they know very little about her, although that's what McGee surmised yesterday at lunch.
It's not because Ziva came to clear Ari, although somehow her talk with Ducky in the morgue this morning ended up there.
It's just what she's telling Gibbs now, it's because she's scared of losing anyone else, that she won't let herself love Ziva.
