Disclaimer: All characters are the property of their owners. I'm just taking them out for a spin.
Spoiler warning: Through "You're Welcome" for Angel: the Series, and "The Captain's Hand" for Battlestar Galactica.
This is going to be almost exclusively in the Battlestar Universe, with some changes of course to fit in our new arrival. Pairings will be kept canon, at least that's the plan for now. It may change over time I will be going AU a points of course, as this is fanfiction, but for the most part I'll be sticking close to the major events. Spoilers may go to "Lay Down Your Burdens" eventually. I'm not sure yet.

"Gaius."
Gaius Baltar muttered incoherently and rolled over in his bed.
"Gaius, wake up!"
"Go away." He spoke a little more clearly this time, but his voice was muffled by his pillow.
"You can't ignore me, Gaius."
He felt himself being grabbed, and forcibly turned over onto his back. A weight settled onto his chest.
"Look at me."
Gaius finally opened his eyes. His vision was blurry at first, but he could make out the blonde hair that had expected to see. The blur receded and he could clearly see Six straddling him.
"Not now." Gaius rubbed his temples. "Gods, my head is killing me. Just let me sleep."
"Look around you, Gaius."
"What? Why?"
Six's voice had an edge to it now, "Just do it."
Gaius was tired. He was nauseated and he had the worst headache of his life. He wasn't in the mood for her games.
"Fine," he said as he propped himself up slightly on his elbows. "But I don't' understand why you're so anxious to have me look around my own..." Gaius trailed off.
"This...this is not my room."
Six rolled her eyes. "No, Gaius, this isn't your room. Now look the other way." She put a hand to his face and turned his head to the left. He blinked a few times. Then, hung-over as he was, a smile appeared on his face.
There was a girl in his bed. Well, maybe not his bed, as he had no idea where he was, but still, there was a girl. He couldn't see her face, as she was facing away from him, apparently still sleeping soundly. But she had rather nice brown hair that reached her shoulders, and the thin sheet that was pulled over both of them appeared to be covering a nice body.
He looked back up at the Cylon on his chest. "What's the matter? Jealous again?" He should have known better than to challenge her like that, and he was surprised when his words didn't seem to bring a violent reaction.
Instead, a smile appeared on her face. This just served to make Gaius more nervous.
"Look at your hand, Gaius."
Confused, he complied.
Six sighed and shook her head.
"Your other hand."
Still confused he looked down, and felt his world crumble around him. There, on the ring finger of his left hand, was a simple gold band.
He stared at his hand, eyes wide in horror.
"No. No. No. No. This can't be what I think it is."
Six smirked. "Face it, Gaius. It's exactly what you think it is. You got married."
"Oh, frak me!"
