Stone Cold,
-
I'm so very sorry. I never thought it would come to this, but the Jackal has become a fugitive. Please don't try to find me, Stone Cold, for the Jackal believes it is for the best. Do not
feel guilty and please do not be angry at the Jackal's post-haste departure. I overheard you and Fair Samantha whilst returning from the Pink Room and I regrettably say that I can not
allow you to assist in my escape, for that would give the Fearsome Federal One a reason to incriminate you.
---
Above all, it was because of the Jackal's overconfidence in his cyberspace abilities and computing skills that had lead to such an unforgivable hacking that put you in such a dire
state of matters. I have assured your place in an untenable circumstance. An impossible choice of difficulty of having to choose between I, the Jackal and Mr. Corinthos Sir. For that, I am
deeply sorry and I only hope that one day, I could be forgiven. To hopefully resolve this complicated conflict, the Jackal has taken it upon him to remove himself from the equation. But
even now, in my failed attempt at true heroics, because of the Jackal's, because of my diffident nature, I take the easy way out. Rather then end this situation and turn myself over to
the Federal Ones for crimes that the Jackal is no doubt guilty of, I flee and hide.
---
The Jackal does appreciate all that Stone Cold has done for him over the past years, but there is no way to exculpate me. The Jackal did what he did knowing full well of the possible
future consequences. If you would give the Goddess, Fair Maximista, and the Original Blond One good wishes on my behalf, the Jackal would be most appreciative. I thank you for
everything you have done for the Jackal. I could never repay all that you did for me. Farwell, Jason Morgan. Perhaps we shall meet again soon.
