Phineas is standing in front of the microwave, eagerly waiting for his leftover pizza, that he had shoved under the flap of his jacket at dinner the night before, to be heated to
perfection, he couldn't eat it any other way. The microwave finally beeps, making him yelp with a small hop. Gene looks up from his text book at the other boy, his text book covering his
nose. Finny looks at him with a fearful face, Gene has a huge test coming up, and said Finny could be in the room as long as he was quiet, and didn't try anything unprofessional. Gene
un locks their gaze, looking back to the text. Finny opens the microwave with a quiet excitement, only to find his pizza is way too cold. He is tempted to tell Gene how bad their cheap
microwave was but contains his emotion.
"Cheap son of a…" he says under his breath, receiving a warning glare from the other boy. He puts his pizza back in the microwave. Finny can't stand the quiet, and he can't stand
the cheap microwave, and he can't stand how cute Gene looks being all studious and whatnot. He looks to Gene, who is heavily concentrating on his book, then he looks to the desk
next to his own bed, laying on it is a black pen. Interested, Phineas walks over to the table, and picks up the pen, Gene's eyes set on every move he makes. He walks back to their
illegal microwave again content, carrying the pen, twirling it with his fingers. He checks on his still cold pizza, and then brings his attention back to the pen, that he is still twirling with
his fingers. He holds the pen at eye level, then throws it up in the air side ways, running to catch it, he does, then repeats this over and over, sometimes the pen even makes it across
the room, but he has yet to fail catching it. Gene looks up from his text book, did Finny forget he was told to be quiet? Gene clears his throat. Phineas looks to him, then goes back to
the microwave, and begins twirling the pen again. This is too uncompetitive, so he throws in into air, but he has to keep it within the width of the microwave. He throws the pen up into
air yet again, but this time It doesn't come back down. Phineas turns to see Gene standing in back of him, with a grin, holding the pen. "Too loud?" Phineas asks sheepishly. Gene
kisses him softly on the lips, then escorts him out of the dorm room.
