Artemis suddenly had an urge to wash a clown in his toilet. So he ran to the nearest circus (Mali, Africa) and kidnapped one.

"Now hold still," Artemis said putting the clown in the toilet. "I'm just going to wash your hair."

"GLARG!" said the clown.
