3rd Person P.O.V

"SONIC, GET BACK HERE! WHY DO YOU HAVE TO MAKE ME CHASE YOU ALL THE TIME?!" yelled Amy as she ran after sonic in a random park.

Sonic just pinned his ears down while running. He could see Amy was catching up to him. But why? He was the fastest thing alive...Had 5 years of chasing really paid off that much? Little did he know that he slowed down while concentrating on his train of thought.

"SONIC~ Caught you," she whispered

"Bitch what is wrong with you?! Get off of me!" he snapped without thinking. She was sitting on his leg and causing it to go numb.

"But Sonic if I let you go you'll-"

"I don't care Amy. Can't you see the reason that I am running away from you is that I DON'T LIKE YOU? Just go away, you hurt me all the time just to get your own way."

"I'm not selfish Sonic, I didn't hurt you. All I want is some attention..."

Sonic started walking away, "Oh yeah? It is always about what you want Amy. Well, you've finally got it. I never wanted to have to talk to you like this, but enough is enough." Sonic left the park.

"UGH! Sonic is always so difficult. But I'll get him to love me." Amy sighed. "Besides, I'm 15, I'm old enough to have a boyfriend. And Sonic is just a little older than me."

Amy started to walk home slowly, repeating what Sonic said to her. She was thinking about what was wrong with her, but couldn't find anything about her appearance for sonic to hate her. She smelled nice, wore lipgloss and had a pretty dress, her signature red one and red and white boots. She had a close to the flat chest, yes, but what was wrong with her personality? She was caring and always willing to help out. No, there was nothing wrong with her.

Or so she thought...?

On her way home, she passed by Tails' house. The walls weren't very sound proof so she could hear sonic and tails having a conversation about her. Since she didn't like to eavesdrop in case she was caught, she left quickly probably knowing Sonic was saying wonderful things about her looks, appearance and how much she cares for him. And how he would get on one knee and finally...

Nah, she was kidding herself.

She walked up the rocky pathway to her house and opened the door. The keyhole was really stiff, so the door wasn't easy to open. She was greeted by her parents; Kaydence and Aiden, her siblings; Kayla and Ace and her friend Rouge who lived with her since Amy wasn't old enough to live on her own. And the fresh smell of vanilla milk and cookies.

"I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS! Rouge, I completely understand why you are here. But why is my family here?" Amy asked.

"Well," Rouge began, "I heard from Sonic what had happened and came to talk to you. But your parents came to visit you at the same time I arrived. They brought your cute sibling too, especially Ace over there."

"Why are you hitting on my brother?" responded Kayla jokingly. "You have a boyfriend."

"Now guys, let us stop confusing Amy even more and have a great conversation before leaving back to our town in Green Hill." sighed Amy's mother while glaring at Aiden who had risen flames behind him.

"Can you guys please just tell me what the matter is?" pleaded Amy.

"Alright," began Aiden, Amy's father, "We came here to visit you and see how you're doing Amy, is that so bad?"

"Yeah, we want to taste some of your cooking Amy!" continued Ace, "Even if I, your amazing older brother can cook better than you."

"Idiot. Be careful with what you say," retorted Amy, "I have learnt recipes from Ella when I went to Earth. Besides, have you forgotten the time when you burned water?"

The whole room laughed while Ace just pouted. Amy went to the kitchen and cleared up the vanilla milk and cookies, which devouring some herself. She didn't like the idea of anyone except Rouge in her kitchen, due to the fact that she considered the kitchen in her home as a sanctuary. She cooked up some cheesy tomato pasta, salad and minced beef. She served it to her family and they all said that her cooking was tasty. She washed the dishes she used to cook and sat at the table. She caught up on life with her family and had a great time with them. Her mother offered to wash up and they left after her mother did so.

Rogue came downstairs in her PJ's and tapped Amy on her shoulder. Amy turned around with a little depressed face.

"I really don't understand Rogue, what is it that I did wrong?" She mumbled.

"Well Amy, that's what I came to talk to you about. Let me get back the vanilla milk and double chocolate cookies from the fridge. Then we can talk." Rogue replied while walking off to the fridge.

Amy stared at Rogue as she walked away to the fridge. Rogue had a big chest, beautiful hips and lovely eyes. And Rogue was loveable, always willing to help and talk. While Amy, on the other hand, had a close to the flat chest.

Then, Amy realised what the problem REALLY was.

"Oh yeah? It is always about what you want Amy."

When it came to Sonic, she never considered his feelings. She did not realise it because Sonic did not tell her. She only concentrated on how she would win Sonic and whether he had problems or was hurting. Maybe if she had moved to another town, she'd have time to think, grow up and mature.

Yeah, maybe that was the best solution.

"I'm back!", Rouge shouted not aware that Amy was in a deep train of thought.

"Oh, sorry Rouge. What's the matter anyway?" replied Amy.

"Well Amy, I don't know how to say this but maybe the problem is you're chasing after him too much. And maybe he likes somebody else. My best solution would be either to let the boy cool off, give him some space and let him cool off, or to find somebody else to love."

"Rouge, I appreciate the help but I could never stop loving somebody like Sonic. He's on my mind all the time. Sometimes I lose control and stop thinking about his feelings, only mine. I think it's time that I did and I will make sure I will." replied Amy, strutting off to the bathroom while leaving an astonished Rouge choking on milk.

Amy brushed her quills and changed into sheep patterned Pajamas. She then brushed her teeth and took a good look at herself. Still a cringey 8-year-old. She needed to change for the better. Maybe she would talk to tails about it before deciding to run away to another town.

After thinking about this, Amy strolled off to bed. She noticed that the lights were still on downstairs meaning that Rouge would be staying up late today. It was a Saturday so that was fine. She thought herself to sleep, thinking about the rash decisions she may be making throughout the next 2 days.
