In The Beginning:
In the beginning….there were evil….there was destruction, there was the crumbling of a once proud band program…or supposedly proud….There was a bald troll….he wasn't scary, he wasn't big, but he commanded respect….but would soon lose it all….it seemed that he and the drum major had participated in some extra-curricular activities…so to speak.
As the confusion of moving into a new band hall and into a new era stirred some members of the concert band into a wild frenzy, causing massive destruction….as the band hall doors closed for the final time, leaving the dingy carpet and pieces of broken ceiling tile everywhere….the torch was passed onto a new director, and the light shone through, and a new era of either beauteous light, or ever-present darkness had begun….
It was unknown by many of the band members how different the world would suddenly become…Many struggled to step forward in the months to come, but none could be found. They were all met with resistance. This was the new beginning of the battle….
