Generator Rex: School's Out

Wednesday May 26th, 2:39 p.m.

Noah sat on his Army green beanbag trying to read the last five chapters of The Catcher in the Rye for his English class. But he couldn't even get past the first paragraph due to an annoyance who continuously kept bouncing a ball above his head.

"Rex, would you stop. I'm trying to do my homework." Rex tossed the ball once again and caught it in his right hand squeezing it slowly.

"Why bother? Put the book down and play with me!" He groaned leaning backwards to look up at Noah with pleading brown puppy dog eyes.

"No! I have to finish this tonight!" Noah replied sternly leaning forward to pick up his huge bulky headphones turning on his IPod. Tossing his long blond hair back into a small ponytail, Noah placed his head phones over his ears listening to the melody. From his headphones Rex could hear Fall-out-boy's song Homesick at Space Camp. Frowning with the fact Noah couldn't pay attention to him Rex tossed his ball and picked up Noah's IPod playing with it. From the headphones Rex could hear the ever so familiar chorus staring up. 'Tonight the headphones will deliver you the words that I can't say.' Rex glanced at the device knowing a certain lyric was approaching fast. Gripping the music tighter he sent his nanites to work sending his thoughts through it so the song would play. 'Tonight is all about I love you.' Noah's face flared up with color as he quickly jerked off his headphones.

"D-Did you just?"

"Did I just what?" Rex asked innocently having already abandoned the IPod back to Noah's side.

"You-you know what I mean. The song just now." Noah said giving a light glare at him.

"Got no idea what your talking about." Res got up from his seat on the floor heading towards the kitchen.

"You got anything to eat?" He asked searching through the fridge. Noah came over slamming the door on Rex's face.

"Screw the food! What was up with those lyrics?" Rex swallowed the piece of chocolate he managed to steal from it before it was slammed shut.

"Why is this bugging you so much?" Rex asked looking down at the shorter male. Noah didn't reply he just simply turned his head away from the Hispanic other.

"Maybe, it's because those are the words you've always wanted to hear from me?" Rex sneered lifting Noah's chin so he would look at him.

" Don't be ridiculous!" Noah shouted not breaking eye contact with him. Rex leaned down to him and lightly pressed his lips against Noah's to which he responded with by pulling himself closer to the taller other.

"Gay." The stupid monkey Bobo interrupted walking past the twosome playing a video game.

"Shut up Bobo!" Rex yelled blushing.

End.
