Toko Lover 96:Hey guys. This is a one-shot I wrote 7 months to a year ago. I hope you like it, but the characters may, and most likely are, OOC.

Our First Kiss

"Hey kids! Are you ready for your bedtime story?" I asked.

"Yea!" my three kids shouted.

"Ok. A long time ago…" I started to tell my story.

-Flashback-

I was walking down a hall in the Hyuga Manor. Man my house is big, I thought. Out of one of the windows, I saw someone training really hard. I stopped to see who it was. It was Naruto! I just stood there and watched him train.

"Hinata!" I snapped out of my trance. That was my father calling. I took off running in the direction of his voice.

I slowed to a stop to catch my breath and fix my hair. When I looked presentable, and I could breath, I went in.

"Hinata. Where have you been? We have been waiting for an hour and a half." my father said.

"I was…distracted." I hesitated before saying distracted, but my father didn't notice.

"Let's just get this meeting over with." Neji said.

"Yes." everyone agreed.

"Okay…" my father started.

The meeting lasted about an hour and it was just about improving the Hyuga Manor. I don't know why they even needed me, I thought. I walked outside to get some fresh air. I closed my eyes and stretched while I was walking, and then I ran into someone. I started to fall backwards. I expected to hit the ground and embarrass myself, but instead a pair of arms wrapped around my waist and pulled me upright.

"I'm so sorry!" I said. I looked up to see who it was. My face went cherry red as I made eye contact with him. "N-Naruto!" I said shocked. Why is he still out here, I thought.

"Hey Hinata." Naruto said as cheerful as ever. "Just the person I wanted to see."

"R-Really?" I stuttered surprised.

"Yea." Naruto said scratching the back of his head like he always did when he was nervous. "I was just wondering, do you wanna go out on a date with me?"

I stopped breathing and my heart skipped a beat as soon as he asked me. It took all of my will power not to pass out.

"Hinata?" he asked with a worried expression.

I jumped up on him and wrapped my arms around his neck.

"Yes, yes, a million times yes!" I shouted. Then I did something that even surprised me. I kissed him. He wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed me back.

-End Flashback-

"And that was how me and your dad had our first kiss." I told my 6 year old triplets. "We later became boyfriend and girlfriend, then husband and wife, and then we had you three."

"Can you tell us another story mommy?" they all asked simultaneously.

"Not tonight. You three need to get to bed. You have to go the academy tomorrow morning." I reminded them.

"Okay mommy. Good night. Love you." they said.

"Good night. Love you all too!" I told them as I kissed each one on the forehead.

I walked out and shut the door behind me. I turned away from the door and saw Naruto waiting for me. I walked up to him, and he pecked me on the lips.

"So. What was the story tonight?" he asked.

"Our first kiss." I said and kissed him again.

We walked upstairs and went to bed, both remembering that day that changed our lives.
