A/N: Hi, RedShell here. This is a very important piece of info about how I portray the canon characters from the LEGO Movie. Contains mentions of past abuse and stuff, plus not-too serious male/female shipping in a few cases. AU-y-ish thing where the characters are still yellow, have no visible nose or ears and cylinder shaped heads, but they're not plastic LEGOs and have fingers and actual flesh. Packed full of headcanons that I am ashamed of.
Emmet is the Special (duh) and lives in a mansion shaped like the Piece of Resistance. He is thirty-four years old. Emmet lives with most of his friends except President Buisness who is located at the office tower. Sometimes, Emmet works at the construction site as a secret bonus job despite being the most famous person in all the realms.
Wyldstyle is actually a DJ, despite the fact she denies it when anyone asks. She never turns up at Movie Night for some reason, and prefers to be called Lucy. She is, however, under 'Wyldstyle' in everyone's contact details. She always sits at the bottom with Emmet on the double-decker couch.
Ghost Vitruvius is still trying not to float about randomly. When he's out and about, people often give him funny looks as he tries to stay on the ground! He can relate to Benny and they often try to sort out gravity problems together.
Benny's never taken off his helmet and nobody knows what his hair looks like. He still tries to keep down on Earth, and loves to build spaceships, even if it's just with tiny LEGO pieces. GCBC is Benny's best friend, and even though the unlucky cop tends to trip over Benny's spaceships, he still keeps his friendship with the spaceman.
Good Cop/Bad Cop is my favourite character. As I've taken a more realistic approach to That Scene, Good Cop was burnt by acid droplets from the Po-lish Remover of Na'Il and is covered in acid burns and scars. Bad Cop wears sunglasses because of his left eye, which is horribly disfigured by the Sword of Exact Zero, as President Buisness stuck it in him when he was angry at Bad Cop for failing his first mission as Chief of Police. Good Cop is the one who likes croissants and eats them on every occasion. Due to this, GC is a bit out of shape. His girlfriend is Unikitty, who is actually the cause of most of GCBC's extra weight as she spends 'private time' with Good Cop. Emmet has his suspicions about what goes on in Unikitty's room, especially as no-one's allowed in except GC and Unikitty after eight o' clock. His real name is Liam. Good Cop likes being called that, however Bad Cop prefers 'Bad Cop'. GCBC's right hand is metal, which he refers to as 'the claw hand'. His real one hangs in President Buisness' relic room.
MetalBeard lives on the Sea Cow and sometimes takes Emmet and co. on holiday in it. He has refurbished the ship so that people can stay in it. MetalBeard is also GCBC's personal bodyguard.
President Buisness is a sadist who is out to get GCBC. He's chopped off his hand, poured acid on Good Cop's face, tried to remove Bad's left eye, whipped them with a glow stick, pushed them out of the window and stapled their neck. Buisness was last seen in a straight jacket tied to a post.
