Simply amazing, Roxas." I looked around for teh person who said that, but there was no one there. 'Great, now Im hearing noises. Could it get any worse?' I thought to myself as I started at the ceiling, my ipod on and blaring.
"Damn house." I muttered, and I caught sight of red out of the corner of my eye. I looked towards the door frame, and I saw a fleeting image of the one person who had been haunting my dreams. The redheaded pyro. My best friend. The image seemed to motion to me ot follow, and I got up form my bed, watching het apperation wairly.
"Roxas..." I heard the voice whisper, and I cranked up my music louder. I would be deaf at he age of 20 at this rate. I ssighed, pushing teh hair away from my forehead in frustrtaion. The image waited inteh hallway, and I caught sight of emerald eyes, and tattoos.....I blinked as teh image seemed to move backwards, and I realized that I was the only one in the house tonight.
"Sora, if your there, this isnt funny." I said, and I pulled out one of my earbuds. No one spoke, but het image blinked, and it grinned at me.
"Come on, Roxas." the voice said, and I shivered, pulling the hoodie firmly around my slim frame. These old houses sure got drafty after sunset... I walked out into the hall, my eyes on teh image as it turned around and walkedtowards the front door, checking over tis shoulder to see if I was coming. I seemed to go thorugh the front door, and I sighed as I unlocked it and opened it. The rain that I had been ignoring suddenly decided that the open door was th greatest place to be, and I was getting wet. Not that I didnt like the rain, it was just....cold. And unexpected.
"Where'd you go now, you spook..." I muttered as I looked through teh slanting rain, and I felt my heart pound with fear and...anticipation? There was a wet person on the stoop, and he had all of a soaked suitcase to his name.
"Sir? Are you okay?" I asked, edging closer to the door. It wasnt untill he moved that I noticed his hair. It was red, and with it dry, I could see spikes there, and sparkling emerald eyes, and two tattoos....
"Sir?" I asked, and he turned his head towards me, his eyes reflecting the rain.
"Told you I would see you in the next life, didnt I, Roxas?" he asked, and I nodded, tears falling down my cheeks. Wait, tears? For someone I didnt really know? Suddenly, he was there, all around me, filling my senses with..him. His scent was that of the rain, some sort of colone, and ,...fire. I realaxed in his arms as I wrapped my own around him, ignoring hte rain, ignoring hte voice in my head that screamed to run, get away from this stranger, for I knew him....how?
"I thought no one would miss me..." I said, and the man only itghtened his girp on me. I burried my face in his chest as I felt more than heard hte answer.
"You never stayed around long enough to hear my answer. I said that I would. For you were the only reason I didnt ditch the Organization myself." HE said, and HE pushed away form me, holding me out to get a good look.
"You havrnt changed, have you, Roxas?" HE asked, and I shook my head, a smile on my face. He tilted my chin up, and I felt my heart race as our lips melt, and the block in my brain finaly came undone...
"Axel." I said, and I kissed him again. All the memories of the times we were together...
"So you do remember me this time? Im flattered." HE said ,and I laughed. HE joined in with me, and I led him in, leaving his luggage outside, and water in the house. We ended up in my bedroom, and lets just say that Im glad I dont have neightbors
