Hey guys! Lyssa Chase here with a new and hopefully improved first chapter of Stresses of a Teenage Wedding! So anyways I'm hoping I can finally get the ball rolling on these chapters and maybe make them a bit longer yeah? But then again I am extremely lazy and might only update on holidays. It just depends...

I can't believe i'm doing this. I kept repeating in my head as I headed over to the Aphrodite Cabin. Since Percy is taking me on a date tonight, and I have no experience with clothes, shoes, and makeup alike, I decided to walk over and ask Silena , as well as Piper.
Flashback:
Percy and I were in his cabin watching Kick-ass 2 when I got a text message.
It was from Thalia, Meet me in the woods now. We have a lot to talk about. I smiled immediately and got up. Percy frowned before questioning where I was going.
"Thalia wants to talk to me in the woods. It's really important I guess", I shrugged and grabbed my jacket before bending down to kiss him quickly and walking out the door. I shouted a quick see you later and jogged quickly to the woods and The Tree. You see, whenever Thalia was in town with the Hunters, we had this tree we always met at.
I found Thalia there waiting. But she looked...older? Like a year or two. What?
"Thalia?"
She turned around and hugged me."Annabeth! Oh gods, I have a lot of news to tell you."
"Um..weird question, Did you get older, like, physically?"
"That's what I wanted to tell you. I quit the Hunters." I gaped at her before saying,
"How? When? Why?" I bombarded her with questions before she just covered my mouth.
"Annie,"I glared at her,"Calm down. I didn't necessarily do it on purpose, but It's a really long story." She uncovered my mouth before sitting and continuing." You see, Nico came to visit since he was bored. We were in Michigan looking for some monsters that were seen in the area. He scared the shit out of me when he popped up in my tent and I almost shot an arrow through him. I yelled at him and he just sat down. After a while we started talking and one thing led to another, and, well, we kissed."She blushed when she said kissed,"Artemis found out and kicked me out of the Hunters."
I smiled," So, you two are together? Oh, and aren't you supposed to age all of the years you've been in the hunters?"
She blushed, so un-Thalia-like,"Yeah we are. And Since I am her lieutenant, and she liked me, she controlled the aging to where I only aged 2 years. Anyways, sorry I dragged you away from prepping for tomorrow night-"
Fear washed over me," What? What's tomorrow night?"
The confusion is clear on her face as she most likely thinks I'm kidding," Uh, tomorrow's the 18th of August right? Your 3 year anniversary"
Uh oh. I completely forgot! Thalia smirked,"You forgot didn't you," She said it more as a statement,"The Great Annabeth Chase forgot something?"
"Shit! Shit! Shit! I don't even know if we're doing anything! Percy hasn't mentioned anything! I-". Just then my phone buzzed, alerting me of a text, Percy.
Don't Bother coming back to the cabin, I won't be there. Be ready at 7 tomorrow night, dress fancy. Love you

*Flashback Over***
Now you see why I'm putting myself through the torture of enduring the Aphrodite cabin's," Beautifying process". Their words, not mine. Anyways, once I reached the Aphrodite cabin, I knocked. Piper answered the door, her facial features morphing first into surprise, then to realization. She pulled me inside before grabbing Silena and leading both of us into a secluded room. It must have been for Aphrodite, as it said, "For Mom" in bright pink on the door. Piper went right in though, and I scanned my eyes over the area. There was a makeup table and a seat in front of a mirror, and two doors.
"Silena, remember when Mom told us we had a job to get her later today? Remember what she told us it was for?", Silena looked ready to burst with excitement and started squealing loudly. So loudly, I was just about ready to scream at her, before reminding myself that I needed her help.
" Oh, Annabeth, you are going to love tonight! Percy's gonna-" She covered her mouth and I stared curiously at her, while a million thoughts were running through my head. What was she going to say? What was Percy going to do? Is he going to break up with me? Wait, a job for Aphrodite? Is she going to be-
"Annabeth! Darling, how have you been?" Uh-oh.
Five hours later(Spongebob voice!)
"There! Finished" FINALLY! I've been sitting in this damned chair for 5 hours, letting all three girls play Barbie. On me. for 5 hours straight. Silena was in charge of my clothes, Piper fashioned my hair, and Aphrodite did my makeup. You would think if 3 girls did one thing each, it wouldn't take so long. But no, when Silena finally found something for me to wear, Aphrodite had to change my clothes. Silena changed my outfit multiple times. Piper did my hair only once and sat back, an amused look on her face the entire time. Eventually, They forced me into silver pumps before pushing me in front of the mirror. I was dressed in a strapless mint dress, that went down to the ground on me. I had mint eye shadow on my eyelids and soft pink lipstick. Silena gave me dew-drop earrings and I added my owl necklace. I was stunned by the girl that stood in front of me. (Link to the outfit in my bio.)
I turned around and hugged all three of them and said thank you. we chatted for a bit before hearing a faint knock at the cabin door and a girl's voice yell," Annabeth! Get your wise ass out here!" I panicked before getting up and going to the mirror and checking my outfit. The girls pushed me out the room and Aphrodite whispered to me," The outfit is enchanted. Your makeup won't smudge, your dress won't be stained, and you won't trip in those shoes."
Before they pushed me to the door, I hugged Aphrodite and said thank you to all three of them. I opened the door and there stood Percy in a black suit, white dress shirt, and grey tie and a single rose in his hand, looking more nervous as ever.
He looked up when he heard the door open and his eyes widened, the rose slipping out of his hand, " Wow, you l-look amazing Annabeth" He stuttered.
I blushed, "Thanks" I said in a shy voice.
He shook his head slightly to recover and held a hand out, "Ready to go?"
As we walked by Thalia's Pine, I realized that we weren't taking his Pagani Huayra or my Maybach Landaulet. I looked around, and saw a White Stretch Limo with the Stereotypical chauffeur holding a door open, waiting. I looked at Percy and he gave me a shy smile, like he was embarrassed. I squeezed his hand and pulled him towards the vehicle. We sat inside and I immediately noticed the bottle of champagne in a bucket of ice. Two glasses were set in holders behind it. I grabbed all three items and handed Percy the bottle and glass. He attempted to open the bottle before frowning.
As he went for his third attempt, I said, trying not to laugh, " Don't you need a corkscrew to open it?"
"Wise Girl, I got this" His face had a look of frustration and I searched around the bucket for a corkscrew.
I picked up the bucket and seen the piece of metal. I stole the bottle out of Percy's hands, and opened it with ease. I filled my glass with the red liquid, and set the bottle in Percy's hands once again. I silently laughed at his pouty face.
"I was supposed to open the bottle" he said, filling his glass.
" Well you should've found the corkscrew first"
The cars that Annabeth mentioned (not the limo) are part of the 10 most expensive cars in the world. In this book, the cars are both gifts from their Godly Parents. As is Thalia's Ducati (the Ducati Testa Stretta NCR Macchia Nera Concept, but that's way too long[with light speed, literally]) And Nico's Ecosse Titanium Series FE Ti XX (Equipped with Shadow-Travel powers when he pushes a button) My updates are random as Shizz no? Anyways, I'll try to get one up next month but I am swamped with moving from one house to another city.
