Hi everyone this is my first time I write DxD fanfic and to be honest I never watch the anime. I simply like to read the fanfic and now I decide to try making it too. Well... thank you for anyone that reading this story.

On a usual night in a town named Kuoh, a normal town like others or so they thought. People were walking around the town doing their usual things under the glowing night. But they didn't know this is the place that supernatural beings roamed around, fighting for power or simply killing them.

Unknown to them a lone figure is sitting on a tall building watching them. And when the moon finally shines the figure begin to stand and revealing a young boy.

Yuu PoV

My name is Fujiwara Yuu to others I'm just an ordinary person. While the truth is let's just say I'm like a warrior from the old era. My family bloodline is still continuing the old tradition which every member is trained to use weapons, hide in the shadow and lastly to kill.

You may think I'm a samurai, ninja or assassin which is true because my family is actually famous. The reason is we always have the finest member on each generation and looks like we still needed in this era.

I'm not too tall because I'm like 5 feet with a white messy short hair and green eyes. Right now I'm on top of a skyscraper and I'm using a standard black ninja outfit with a mask on.

'So this is Kuoh? It's totally different from my village. The village is located deep inside the forest so seeing a lot of tall buildings and very few trees are somewhat... weird. I really want to walk around the place but that can wait, now I need to find some info about supernatural beings that live here and if I'm lucky maybe someone has some clue about my target.'

I then start looking around to the town for clues. Of course, I jump from building to building, run without being noticed and stay hidden until I can figure something out. And luckily that's didn't need a long time because I saw someone or something with a black wing fly to an abandoned warehouse.

'What is that? An angel? But she has a black wing... Well, I will try to get some information from it.' With that, I try to get in without being noticed and see that there are several other peoples with black wing inside the warehouse.

"So any news from Gremory?" Said the male that stood at the centre.

"I only heard about she finally break the engagement and the red dragon emperor can use the balance breaker." The one who I followed said.

"What!? That can be a serious problem for us."

"Don't worry I heard he only can use it for 15 seconds and he sacrifices his hand to do that. In other words that form is still incomplete."

"That's good to hear. Now our client wants us to gather some sacred gear from the human. We need to take it and bring them to the client without raising any suspicion to Gremory."

"So we just need to kill the humans right?"

'Now that isn't good. If they want to harm humans then I must interfere but that sacred gear thing is made me curious and this client they talking about... looks like he or she can give me a valuable information. But now...' I preparing my katana to strike them. Now I just need a good timing so I can take down a good amount of them before they can recover from the shock.

'There's about eighteen of them here. I need to take out at least five of them. I think that's enough for the surprise attack.' I thought.

"Basically I don't really care about how you take the sacred gear. Just make sure to do it fast and unnoticed so Gremory wouldn't know."

The rest of them nodded and begin discussing something. But, when they about to start I jump down and landed at one of them before delivering a fatal blow to the head and jump to another guy and slash his neck.

"W-What!? Intrud- agh!" I stab his chest before throwing some kunai and hit two of this black winged angel right on the head. Instantly killing them.

"Everyone! Kill him!" The woman said before throwing some spear made from light. I ducked before running to her and slice her head off from the body. Looks like the other finally recovered from the shock and try to attack me with the same spear. But, they didn't throw it and try to slash me with it.

Then a guy tried to slash me on the back before I sidestepped and slashed his hand. He cries in agony but that quickly ended because I stab his chest. I noticed there are 3 magic runes appears surrounding me before exploded and surrounding me with a thick smoke.

"That's what you get for messing with us!" The woman said while the smoke slowly disappearing but when it disappears completely she finally noticed that I already have gone. "What!? Where did he go!?" She said before I hovering my katana to her neck from behind her. "How did you-!?" I slash her neck before she managed to finish the sentence and make her body drop to the ground.

"And that's what happens when you let your guard down," I said. Then 3 of them start charging at me with the light spear on their hand. 'Ten more to go. I need to be careful with their magic though. But for now...'

I then charge at them before suddenly vanished and slice them in a flash before appearing behind them. They instantly turned their attention to me but before they do anything else I put my katana back into its sheath and suddenly they fall to the ground with a lot of wounds.

The rest of them shocked and starts firing their magical energy to me while I easily dodge it. I then throw some explosion paper to the ceiling and destroy it, burying five of them.

The last two is trying to escape but I stopped them before they try to fly. I throw a kunai to one of their head and for the other one I cut off her wing while using my katana to pinned her on the ground.

"P-Please spare me!" She said with a voice full of fear.

"I need some information. Tell me or I will make this worse." I said in a threatening tone which she repeatedly nodded. I then start my interrogation.

For the first question, I ask about this sacred gear and the reason why they need to kill humans. So sacred gear is some of the powerful artefacts that were being given by God to humans or half breed but only a few wield it. And looks like they need to kill the user to able retrieved it for their own.

So I start with another question that why they needed it in the first place and who's this 'client'? She said the client needs it for experimenting with something and she didn't know who's this 'client' because she never saw him or her.

I want to ask her again but looks like my time is up because I sense some presence appears outside the warehouse. 'Reinforcements? Their aura seems different but I won't take any risk.' I thought before taking my katana that pinned the angel and starts to give her the finishing blow. "Well, too bad looks like someone coming here so... goodbye."

Before she manages to scream I cut her off by stabbing her chest and she instantly died. "Now I need to get out from here," I said before jumping toward the broken ceiling and make my way to my apartment. It's a good thing I learned to hide my aura so the people that just appears wouldn't know that I was there and the one who killed them all.

-Timeskip-

I finally reached my new apartment but after I change my outfit first because I don't want to make people think I'm a thief that broke into someone house. Right now I'm wearing a blue hoodie with cream cargo pants and blue sneaker. Anyways, I started to unpack my belonging and looking at some paper that showing my transfer to a school named Kuoh Academy. I'm here because a mission from my grandfather which is to find someone or something that recently attack my village a few weeks ago. I really want to say that the only reason I'm here but unfortunately it's not. It's true our family manage to drive them away from the village but... with the cost of my parents' life. So I'm here not only because of the mission but also for revenge. But I need to be careful though because I walking straight into the lion den and one false move I will end up dead here.

'I can do this because grandfather is trusting me on this matter and I will avenge you both. Dad, mom... please give me your strength.' I thought before to get ready for tomorrow.

-Next Morning-

Rias POV

Right now I was walking to school with my peerage. It's been two weeks that Issei saves me from my forced weeding and I'm really grateful for it. But something still bothering me and it's about last night when we've been tasked by my brother to check some suspicious activity that happened inside an abandoned warehouse.

The reports said that some group of fallen angels is planning something in my territory which made me angry and decide to exterminate them. But when we get there all of them was already slaughtered by someone or something because we didn't detect anything when we arrived there. I sighed because we don't have a single clue about who do that and it seems Akeno notice me.

"Everything alright Rias?" She asked.

"It's fine. I just thinking about last night, that's all."

"I know you worried but right now there's nothing we can do. Let's just hope your brother can find something for us."

"Yes, you're right. Thank you Akeno."

"You're welcome." She said while smiling at me.

We continue our walk and finally reach our school. Besides the usual attention from other students, I see a boy is talking with Sona which made me curious because it's the first time I see him here. I decided to approach them and then suddenly I feel familiar power like Issei, Asia and Kiba.

'This boy has a sacred gear.' I snapped from my thoughts before greeting them. "Good morning Sona. It's rare for you to talk with someone this early."

"You make me sound like a loner Rias. I just welcomed this transfer student because he just arrived here today." Explained Sona while the boy looking at us and slightly bow.

"Nice to meet you. My name is Yuu Fujiwara and I just transferred here. Please treat me well." He said with a slight smile.

"Nice to meet you too Fujiwara-kun. My name is Rias Gremory and I'm the president of ORC. I hope you enjoyed your stay here."

"Thank you I really appreciate it."

"Well, I don't really want to disturb this but he needs to come with me to the student council room before the class starts so let's go then Fujiwara-san. Please excuse us Rias." Sona said before walking towards the school building.

"See you later then," Yuu said before he following Sona.

When they finally gone Akeno approaching me with her all-knowing smile on her face. Looks like she senses it too.

"Well Rias, you seem to have pretty good eyes huh~?" She said.

"Don't blame me for that Akeno. I still have some unused pieces here so it's a good chance right?"

"I don't mind though. He looks pretty cute~"

"Umm... buchou what are you two talking right now?" Ask Issei with Asia who seems curious. Kiba just smiles because looks like he already knows what I'm planning while Koneko just stay silent and eating a chocolate bar.

"Let's just say... we might get ourselves a new member in the Gremory house."
