"Naruto wake up" Naruto's mangled body lay beside Sakura as she frantically tried to pump her last ounces of chakra in to Naruto's gaping wounds. Her hands shaking as the blondes breathing had become weak; his eye's fading into the darkness
"KU ku"
"Please Naruto don't die on me keep your eyes open" Sakura pleaded as Naruto's eyelids began to fall. He turned his face towards Sakura giving her a weak beseeching smile. Sakura could feel the tears forming as he slowly began to open his mouth
"I-I'm so-"
"Don't you dare Naruto?" Sakura interjected, focusing more chakra into the wound that was barely healing. Naruto raised his hand, circling Sakura's wrist. Sakura's heart felt a sharp jabbing pain as Naruto uttered his sentence again
"I-I'm … sorry I couldn't keep my promise" His hand weakly pushed Sakura's away telling her to stop the healing
"Goodbye S-Sakura-C-Chan" he whispered as his face relaxed, eye's closing. A single tear ran down his face as he slipped into a permanent slumber
"NARUTO"
"…" Silence
"Wake up Naruto open your eyes, NO you c-can't l-eave me n-no" Sakura gripped his lifeless body, she let the tears flow. So much hurt, so much heart break, so much loss poured out in every strand of tear that slid down her injured face.

'What w-where am I-I?'

'K-KYBUBI'
(Menacing laughter filled the darkened room) 'YES'

'WE DON'T HAVE TIME'
'Wait what?'
'YOUR SECOND CHANCE AWAITS'
(Sakura was consumed by the fox's chakra) 'I GIVE YOU POWER'
"Wait-"Sakura awoke in her room, she looked around frantically 'but this is impossible' was it all a dream the last four years were nothing but her inner most nightmare, but it felt so real so very genuine.
Last time she checked she was in the woods with Naru-
She moved towards the mirror
Her reflection she was twelve again, big forehead and all so it was all a dream, none of it was real, she sighed in relief. Beginning to turning around to get ready for the day and then she saw it on her right shoulder, it was never there before. It was a symbol of a flame in a circle; she moved her had over the symbol and was shocked to feel heat radiating from it
Oh God what's happened?
This is not a dream?
