Chapter 1: Ernie's Mind
8 months earlier...
Ernie Cooper was a spy for a secret government organization called "The Organization". He went on some missions and was always ready to, as he so quaintly put it, "bake the biscuits". In the Cooper family, he was known as the computer guy. While he didn't mind the praise and respect he got for knowing computer stuff, it never really helped for how most people treated him.
But the two big people who did this were KC and Craig, his sister and father. They always constantly put him down. KC would talk about his smell. His breath. The way he acts. The fact that he doesn't know hand to hand combat. Craig would treat KC as his favorite. KC was recruited over him to the Organization first. His family would constantly drug him to make him forget at first, that he was a spy. Craig also taught KC the double crunch kick move first, and was always saying how weak he was.
It took a toll on Ernie.
It took a toll on him to the point where he got a big head once he got to be field agent once. But that was fake anyway. Ernie was never even supposed to be on that mission.
Why? Because he was sick of the abuse, the name calling, and don't even forget was Judy does. Ernie would often have bursts of crying in his room, wondering why everyone would find a chance to pick on him what ever chance they got. Ernie always thought he was going to be lonely forever. And on the VERY RARE occasion he would tell somebody his feelings, no one cared. They would always tell him to man up, to hide or cover his feelings.
And there was a voice.
A maniacal voice that often told him things like:
"F***ing kill yourself. According to everyone else, you don't belong in this world."
"You were doomed from the start."
"You will always be a pathetic excuse for a human being."
But Ernie somehow, somehow managed to suppress those thoughts. Until one day...
*Next day*
"Your mission is to find and recruit Ernie Cooper, a spy from the Organization," the man said. "Here's why and how. According to intel, Ernie is often hurt where he lives, and is kind of unstable. So, you are to find him, become his boyfriend, and lead him to the other side. Use whatever methods you need. Just keep in mind that he's bisexual, so he may get his eye on other people. Get him to make love to you, cheat on him, something. Do you understand?"
"Yes."

*After school*
No one was home except for KC. Ernie walked home hoping that he could sneak past her, but she heard the door.
"Hey bro."
"Hey sis."
"Did you have fun stinking up the classrooms?"
Shots fired, Ernie thought.
