Dr. Hoshi yawned as he stretched his arms, dusting off his white lab coat and adjusting his light blue glasses as he headed down the grand staircase of the Smash Mansion, the purple raptor seeing Yugi Moto and Pikachu playing a game of Yu-Gi-Oh, y'know IN THE LIVING ROOM.

"But there's multiple living rooms in this building," Pichu blurted out as she passed by while eating cheesecake.

"...Anyway, I'm going to go get something." Dr. Hoshi explained as he shook his head. "You guys make sure nothing crazy happens in the mansion like usual when I'm gone."

"I dunno, things seem pretty fine to me!" Yugi exclaimed as he looked around to see that things were surprisingly peaceful. "Nothing bizarre happened when I came here."

"Trust me, things get a bit more... well," Pikachu coughed as he sucked in some ketchup from a ketchup package, the electric Pokemon shaking his yellow mouse head. "You'll see in a few minutes."

Yugi blinked in confusion as Dr. Hoshi sighed and left, only to see Goku and Lucario both being in a shouting match as he kept walking by, with the mansion being in the anime version of Popstar's Dreamland, meaning that they were nearby Cappy Town as it was north of the mansion. As soon as Dr. Hoshi was distant from the mansion, he heard a huge explosion as various characters and items went soaring, with the entire ground shaking as the dinosaur's glasses fell off his face, causing him to fall on his back.

"Ugh... I knew it..." Dr. Hoshi stated as he got back up, to see Tiff and Tuff approaching him. "Oh, what's up you two? Haven't seen you in a while."

"Yeah... we were wondering what was going on at the mansion." Tiff stated as she brushed back her hair. "Are our guys causing the mischief again?"

"Oh no, those three of yours aren't the only ones to be doing this..." Dr. Hoshi stated as he pointed at the various Smashers and non playable character beating each other up. "It happens on a regular basis."

"Man, do I wish I was part of that..." Tuff stated as he was quite jealous that he couldn't get into Smash, with both Tiff and Dr. Hoshi rolling their eyes at the tough boy as the smashing chaos continued.

"Well if you don't mind, I'm heading out," Dr. Hoshi spoke up as he adjusted his light blue glasses and prepared to take off.

"But why? Don't you want to stay here?" Tiff suggested as she grabbed him by the lab coat.

"Because there's something important I need to do." Dr. Hoshi responded as he pushed Tiff off of him and took off towards the grassland, bumping into Waluigi, who was practicing his tennis skills there.

"Watch where you're going!" Waluigi snapped as he smacked Dr. Hoshi high into the sky with a whack of his tennis racket. "I'm trying to prove how valuable I am!"

"That's not how it works you idiot...!" Dr. Hoshi screamed as he was spiraling so high in the sky that he left the planet altogether.
