I'm sorry
I think this counts as sadstuck idk
Vriska had messaged him as soon as she did it. She wanted him to know just what happened, and how it had happened. Frankly, it really pissed him off. He couldn't believe that she would have done this. But then he remembered what she had done to Tavros.
Karkat slammed his computer shut, getting up and storming out of his respiteblock. He didn't want to even think about Vriska at the moment.
Terezi woke up, rubbing her now unseeing eyes. She normally would have been rather upset about having lost the ability to see, but her lusus had contacted her in her dreams. The unhatched dragon had just gone through the basics of tasting the world around her, enough to where Terezi was able to make it back to her hive without getting herself in a worse predicament than she was already in. Upon reaching her respiteblock, she sat down in her desk chair and reclined. "This is going to be a long day."
Once he had calmed down some, he went and got his husktop, opening his Trollian client immediately. He saw that Terezi was online, and immediately messaged her.

[03:41] [CG]HEY. TEREZI. ARE YOU OKAY? I HEARD ABOUT WHAT VRISKA DID.
[03:45] [CG]ARE YOU THERE?
[03:46] [CG]I'M GOING TO TURN ON THE VIEWPORT NOW, OKAY?
He did as he said, and turned it on. When he saw her, he gasped. She was alive- but she couldn't see him anymore.
"Karkat? That's you isn't it?"
Her previously yellow eyes were now a deep blood red color. They were unfocused and she was facing away from the screen.
Reddish-tinted tears came to his eyes.
"Yeah, Terezi. It's me."
And in that moment, Karkat swore that he would get revenge. He wouldn't let anyone hurt her like this again.
Especially not himself.
