"This is Snake. I've managed to infiltrate the facility without any problems."

"That's good. All right, you know what we are looking for, correct?"

"Of course, Otacon. We're looking for the new prototypes of Metal Gear. What I want to know is how Bowser managed to get a hold of it. He isn't exactly the smartest villain out there."

"You think it has something to do with Ocelot?"
"Heh, that man seems almost as obsessed with those damned machines as he is with those revolvers."

"Anyway, this isn't your average run-of-the-mill Metal Gear we're talking about it. Uh, if you can call it that. The kind of Metal Gear we are looking for is actually more based upon the human shape. Well, except for one. According to my sources, there should be four of them. Although they may have a human-like shape, they are still based upon animals. There is Laughing Octopus, Raging Raven, Crying Wolf, and Screaming Mantis. Any of them ring a familiar bell for you?"

"Hmph, if they base their new weapons on past obstacles I've taken down before, they stand no chance now."

"You gotta admit, you ARE in unfamiliar territory here. I mean, what are the chances of Mario appearing in Bowser's Castle? Wait, dumb question."

"Ha, thought I would never hear that from you. So what's eating at your mind this time? The only reason you would even consider ACTING dumb would be if you're distracted or gawking at women."

"Well…"

"Yeah? I'm listening."

"I'm a little jealous."

"Huh? Of what?"

"I've always wanted to see Mario in the flesh. I mean, is his jumping ability really THAT spectacular? Or are the stories fabricated?"

"Tell you what: I'll capture a small video clip of him jumping to his fullest height. Then, you can see it for yourself. And who knows? Maybe in the future, we may take a vacation to the Mushroom Kingdom just for the hell of it."
"I'd really appreciate that. Thanks, Snake."

"No problem. Wait! I hear footsteps. They sound frantic and quick-paced. Initiating the chase now!"

"Good luck, Snake."
