I appreciate everyone who is patiently awaiting the next chapter. My computer was completely wiped clean by a very vicious virus. I lost everything. Not only the PC that housed my literature, but every system on my network, including my business systems. I will continue very soon. I am taking this opportunity to review and improve the chapters posted so far. I have started with chapter one. I made a few changes and hope that you like them.
