Have you ever gotten the feeling that time just stops? Not the romantic kind of stop. The kind when time itself feels as if it literally froze because of how bored you are or feel like every day is a routine. Well, that's how I felt before I met him. I think I was pretty normal, or in simpler terms: average. There was nothing special about me. Sure I was an honor student and had a decent amount of close friends, but I always felt that I was part of the crowd, forgettable, unimportant. If you asked anyone in my school who I was, they probably couldn't tell you. I find it funny how teachers and principals only remember you if you're the bad kid or the really smart kid, never the kid in the middle. Before I met Grant, I was stuck, even though I didn't realize it. I was stuck trying to figure out who I was, who my parents want me to be, and figuring out my feelings. I guess in some way he saved me and we eventually fell in love.
When you hear most love stories, they're worth telling. Usually the lovers meet in an extravagant way. Usually they separate because of an arranged marriage, one of them gets amnesia or into a car accident, infidelity, or some other misunderstanding. In most cases they end up together besides their struggles. My love story was in some ways like that. We didn't meet in an elaborate way and it seemed better that way. Seeing as I was pretty normal, it seemed fit that we met in a, I guess, normal way. There were a few misunderstandings and struggles. Let's just say for now that of the ones previously mentioned, one happened and one almost happened. I heard in a movie, I can't remember which one, that the greatest love story ever told is your own (or something along those lines). If that's true, I will be telling you the greatest love story ever told, the love story between myself, Victoria Evans and the love of my life, Grant Tracy. This is the story about how Grant managed to make time stop, this time it was the romantic kind of stop.
Hey guys! For those of you that followed my previous story, I'm sorry to say I won't be continuing it. I didn't really know where I was going with it when I started it and I tried to finish it but I came up with this story instead. It's pretty similar and I promise to update sooner.
