BONG!BONG!BONG!

Jay's eyes flew open, and she rolled out of bed and grabbed her darts, almost flying out of the building. " SOUTH WALL, FOURTH QUADRANT!" her commanding officer barked, as other monkeys speed to it, bounding across on the rooftops under the bright and shining moon.

Once they arrived at the wall they saluted to the Sargent Major overseeing the situation, and ran to take positions. An attack. They hadn't been attacked in over a year. Why now?

No time to stress, here came the ninja monkeys with the latest report. Jay snuck over to listen, even though she knew they would be told everything they needed to know in a moment.

"What's the report?"

"Z.O.M.G.s, I counted at least 5 of them, as well as 3 more reported to be on there way."

"How soon?"

"The regular waves of balloons in a few minutes, you already know about them, nothing new to report"

"And the Z.O.M.G.s?"

"I would give it an hour, maybe two."

Jay froze. That was at least eight of them, all coming at once? They could hardly deal with one or two of them..she was sitting there thinking, when the door was opened and she fell into the room. "Why, Jay, nice of you to drop in. I don't suppose you have anything to add?" Jay looked up and then slowly shook her head. "No sir." the officer sighed. "Back to your post then" "Yes sir." she scrambled up and hurried over to where she was supposed to be. What would they do? What could they do? Move to Sandbar? No, the fledgling city wouldn't be able to keep up with all of them...what about Peanut? Would they be safe? The banana farmer was at there home now, with there son...no! Peanut and Max would be fine. She'd make sure of it.
