It was another evening of Sun's Height, year 2 of the Fourth Era. Champion of Cyrodiil was sitting in Roxey Inn, north of Imperial City. He overheard his name in some conversation, He was too curious to do anything but listen.

"So, you say you personally knew the Champion of Cyrodiil and that he helped you retrieve your stolen family sword from thieves and you saved him?" the Orc asked.

"Yes. I don't know what I would do if it wasn't for him." the Argonian replied. Champion listened, interested in the conversation of the two men.

"Pff, liar. Like all Argonians."

"I am no liar. You can ask the town guards!"

"Enough. Reerkaza's no liar." Champion couldn't keep himself from interrupting the conversation at the table next to him.

"Ch-Champion? I...It's a great honor to meet you in real life." the Orc stuttered.

"Here. Go have some ale on me." Champion said, dropping 5 septims on the table.

"Thank you, Champion."

"So, Reerkaza. Tell me. Why are you still telling the story of me helping you retrieve your stolen family sword from thieves and how you saved me by holding me back before stepping on a trap? We both know the true version of the story."

"Because no one would like to hear about me getting stabbed in the leg by falling sword and me being lucky that you were travelling by." Reerkaza replied.

They both smiled and greated each other with a friendly hug.

"It's so good to see you again, friend." Reerkaza said. Smile on his green face still not fading.

"It's good to see you too. You don't happen to know about any lately rumors, do you?" Champion said. Although he was an Imperial, he was stronger than any Nord.

"Actually I do. There's this girl-"

"Reerkaza, no. I won't help you find the love of your life."

"This is not about me, friend. Let me tell the rumor before you interrupt me. So, there's this girl, young Breton. People say she's former member of the Dark Brotherhood."

"Go on."

"She is suspected of planning to assassinate the countess of Leyawiin. Maybe you could look into it."

"Sounds interesting. Thank you again, my friend." Champion said and exited the inn.

The Orc came back. "Where's Champion? Is he already gone?" the Orc said, sounding a bit disappointed. "I wanted to hear more about the story how both of you killed the five ogres."

"Mazogash, don't worry. I can tell you as well."
