Forever
As they lay on the green piece of land, they stared up at the bright blue sky. Pure Fluff
"I...I don't think I can climb anymore."
Madoka stopped and turned, watching as Homura gave an apologetic smile, her hands on her hips as she attempted to jog after Madoka. The pinkette laughed as she went over to Homura and took her hand, intertwined, and continue to walk up the small hill. Now Homura could catch her breathe better, and her heartbeat have slowly synchronized with Madoka as their hand remained together.
"We've reached!" Madoka lifted her arm, a signal of victory as Homura gently chuckled, her arm was also in the air. Madoka started running across the flat land they have reached up the hill and danced along the way too. Homura just watched, laughing at Madoka along the way.
She gestured Homura over and both of them were side by side again. They then sat down on the grass field at first, before laying down at the same time together.
"The sky is so vast."
"Yeah. If we come up here at night, there's bound to be thousand of stars!"
Homura closed her eyes and nodded her head. She took in a deep breathe of air and smiled. Her entire body started to relax on its own and her mind started drifting apart. Everyday was always busy and tired for her, but today was special. Anything with Madoka is special.
A hand reached over and covered Homura's hand, a tight squeeze was given too. Homura turned her arm, her palm facing up as their hand intertwined again. Madoka smiled as she closed her eyes as well, letting the silence of nature to take over them. A few cool wind past by and they smile were still etched on their faces. If people were to pass by, they would have thought they were mad.
A while later, Homura could feel something beside her moved. Most probably Madoka, and she knew that girl was definitely up to something, but she decided to pretend she didn't notice and remained still. But she wasn't that dumb to let Madoka totally win this fight.
"Caught ya!" Homura leaped up and tackled Madoka back on the soft ground as she already sat up straight previously. Madoka collapsed into a huge fit of giggles.
"That tickles!" Madoka continued laughing as she gave a smirk and tickled back. Homura's head rocked back as she chortled out loud. and they were both on the grass field, lying down and curling into a ball and laughing like there's no tomorrow.
Madoka shook her head as she rolled away and panted hard, still snickering even after they both lost contact. "I forfeit!" She sat up and crossed her leg, panting slightly.
Homura crawled over and lay her head on Madoka's thigh, her body spread out like a star fish as she took in a deep breathe. Madoka started playing with Homura's long hair while Homura took Madoka's unused hand and wrote letters and draw shapes on her palm.
"You know...We will always be together, right?" Madoka beamed as she gazed at Homura with a look like she just fell in love.
"You don't have to ask, because the answer is already there." Homura glanced up as she started at Madoka with a smile.
Madoka slowly lean forever and edged herself nearer and nearer, giving a light kiss on Homura's lips. The latter smirked and lifted her head up, giving full force of the kiss. They stayed there for a while and they both knew that they wish this moment could last forever.
