Please note: I have created a new character, her name is Emmora (Em-more-a) but she is mostly referred to as Emma. Her background story is hopefully coming soon but a lot of her past is revealed in this fic. I hope to have her appear in the next chapter.

Chapter 1
Percy
I got attacked… not unusual for a Demigod… but this was different. I was attacked by a vampire. I had never seen one of those before. For some reason Riptide wasn't killings it. Then this girl showed up… she was kinda pretty but… it didn't end well for the vamp.
"I stabbed it but it didn't die. Why didn't it die?" I asked. I was very confused because normally when I stab a monster it dies.
"Because you were using the wrong weapon." She answered not un-confusing me one bit. "Here, aim for the heart." She said while tossing me a wooden stake.
"Thanks." I said trying to get comfortable with the stake. "My name's Percy" I blurted out stupidly.
"Buffy." Was all she said.
"What?" I asked, not sure what she meant.
"My name is Buffy." Buffy (Apparently) said.
"Oh, okay." I said.
*Buffy's cellphone rings*
"I'm sorry Percy I really need to take this." Buffy said.
