Ok a quick one shot for Sakura's birthday. It's my birthday today as well so happy birthday Sakura-chan
Sakura's Birthday.
"Kinimoto Sakura, Will you marry me?" Asked the chestnut haired hunk.
"Wha…?" asked the chestnut haired green-eyed goddess he was looking at.
Hold up I better explain how this happened.
Flashback to two weeks earlier.
Kinimoto Sakura and Li Syaoran where walking down the road. It was a sunny day and there was no wind.
"Its your birthday in a couple of weeks. What do you want Sakura?" asked Syaoran
"I don't want anything. I have a loving family, loving friends and a loving and caring boyfriend." Said Sakura.
"But there must be something you want."
"I really don't know. Maybe some new trainers for track or a new training outfit but I think Tomoyo-chan is getting that for me."
"Ok so I have to use my imagination then?"
"Yep and we have been dating for 6 years you should be able to come up with something."
"Yer I will. So where do you want to go today?"
"Anywhere I don't mind surprise me"
And so they went round town spending as much time together as possible. Syaoran was still wondering what to get his girlfriend for her 18th birthday it wasn't everyday that a girl turned 18.
A week before Sakura's 18th
So we find Syaoran in one place he thought he wouldn't be in for a while but after thinking and talking about it for the past week he decided that this would be the best and must unsuspected thing ever.
"So the one with the emerald stone and silver gold sir?" said the sales assistant
Yes Li Syaoran hair to the Li Clan was in a jewellery shop picking out an engagement ring for Sakura's Birthday. He had already planed which restaurant to take her too and how to propose to her. He had already talked to her farther and he had given Syaoran his permission. It was Touya he was not looking forward too.
"Yes its perfect." He said
The sales lady then packaged it up and Syaoran paid for it. Now he had to face the wrath of the older brother.
"You what to do what?" Touya asked a few hours later while glaring at Syaoran.
"I want to ask Sakura to marry me on her birthday. Your farther has already given his permission so I will ask her but I would fell better if I had all of her family behind me." Said Syaoran
"Do you love my sister?"
"With all my heart."
"Could you live without her?"
"No I would die without her."
"Ok I give you permission. I know you love each other but if you hurt her I will hunt you down and kill you."
"Yes sir."
With that Syaoran left the family home and walked back to his apartment with a spring in his step. He had one last thing to do.
"Tomoyo-chan I need to ask a favour." He said over the phone once he was in his apartment.
"What is it?" she asked
"I need you to design a dress that shows of Sakura's eyes for her to ware to our date on her birthday."
"Sure anything special planed?"
"Apart from a proposal no."
"You're going to propose?"
"Yes and I need you to keep it a secret. Please Tomoyo-chan. You're her best friend keep this a secret from her."
"I Promise Syaoran-kun. I wont destroy this surprise for her."
With that the last plans where put into motion. And it brings us back to two minutes before the start of this story.
"Sakura Happy Birthday. I have something important to ask you." Said Syaoran
"Sure ask me anything."
"Do you love me?"
"With all my heart."
"Could you live without me?"
"I would die without you."
"Kinimoto Sakura, Will you marry me?"
"Wha…"
"Kinimoto Sakura will you make me the happiest man in the world and marry me?"
"Li Syaoran Yes. And why the hell did you wait so long?"
"I wanted to make it special."
"Asking me on my 18th birthday did make it special. Thank you and I love you."
3 weeks later they where married and spent the rest of there lives together and every birthday of Sakura's was special.
