Chapter one
The Return
A slight whimper came from the far corner of the corridor. In the corner there was a raven haired boy, with a lightning shaped scar that had freshly been re-opened. He was on the verge of consciousness as the blood dripped profusely on the floor. In the darkness he looked like any other ghost that floated around these hallowed halls. He slumped forward as the blood loss finally took over. He was lying on the floor in his own blood when a first year girl turned the corner. Clearly she had been roaming the halls without permission.
Her hair was a maroon that matched her eyes; this also made her look whiter than she was from the shock already. In here eyes there was strength but it quickly faded away as she saw the mass pool of the crimson blood reflecting in the torch light. Her scream pierced the nights silence, it was shrill and loud this would normally make a person wake up but the boy didn't move. Everyone in Hogwarts woke up not knowing what was going on. The girl fainted from the lack of oxygen and the sight of the blood.
First on the scene was no other than the headmaster Albus Dumbledore. His half moon spectacles observed the scene, the two bodies one more serious than the other. He could see one was no other than Harry Potter and the other one Alicia Boundworth. Also on the scene was Professor McGonagall, She was still in her Bed robes as she came rushing down the corridor.
"Headmaster what….." McGonagall gasped in horror at the scene of the two bodies laying there. She notice that the first year was starting to stir. Harry moans became more persistent as his agony became more powerful. She looked at the ceiling just to stare in horror of what she saw. Written on the ceiling in bright crimson blood was….
"The snake that bites is back, in fact its at your doorstep, Voldemort has returned"
