A/N this just sorta came to me last nite as i was dreaming. i hope you like it!

-Adam POV-
The war wasn't over, but I was finally going home, I would finally get to see everyone that I love again.
-Dahlia POV-
He's coming home today, it's been months since I had seen him and it was time for our reunion.
-Adam POV-
As I scanned the crowd below from my spot on the ramp of the C 130 I saw Dahlia through the press of people, her face alight with anticipation. She looked so beautiful, her dark hair pulled into a quick ponytail, face devoid of makeup. I couldn't wait to see her up close; it had been a long time since I had seen her.
-Dahlia POV-
I watched the soldiers were disembarking from the plane searching for the face I wanted to see most, and I saw him, he was almost at the foot of the ramp and would soon be making his way trough the crowd of happy families and kissing couples. I started to move through the crowd towards him.
-Adam POV-
I saw her coming towards me a huge smile on her face, I smiled too happy to see her. She was so far away though, so many meters between us.
-Dahlia POV-
Then I saw him, fifteen feet from me, only a few people in our way, I started running my eyes tearing up, only seeing him everything else disappearing into the background.
-Adam POV-
She started running my way and I was walking toward her too, then someone passed me at a run and scooped her up in their arms and spun her around before kissing her. I stopped breathing.
-Dahlia POV-
As soon as his lips touched mine I was in heaven, so happy to have him finally here again. But he wasn't the only one I was looking for. So I pulled away from him and grabbed his hand as I scanned the crowd again. Then I spotted Adam's blonde hair walking the opposite direction. I pulled Josh along with me as I chased him down.
-Adam POV-
I should have known that she'd have a boyfriend, and karma would put him in my battalion. I was walking away when some ones hand reached out and grabbed my arm. I turned and saw Dahlia there, her hand wrapped around Josh's hand and my arm.
-Dahlia POV-
I let go of Josh's hand and hugged Adam, he hugged me back and when I pulled back tears were in my eyes and a looked between my Best Guy and my Boyfriend happy to have them back home safe and sound.
-Adam POV-
I was surprised when she pulled back and had tears in her eyes, but followed her to her car none the less as she drove us to her place for a home made dinner.
